Favourite 2019 moment was my first ever 12 win Arena run. As F2P, arena has really helped build up my collection.
Favourite 2020 event, so far, will be Galakrond's Awakening. I really like the adventures and (see line above) I have used arena to save up gold for the adventure. Getting a code would really boost things for me.

My 2019 Highlight: The release of Descent of Dragons. :D
For wishes for 2020: A torunament mode... It would be cool, to pay a bit gold playing with 8-32 and the first places are getting the gold by all the people splitted as reward.
Favourite HS moment 2019 has to be everything that happened after Rafaam was played at the World Championship in Hunterace (control shaman) vs Viper (zoo lock) 3-3. Hands down the most crazy, entertaining and well played official game that I ever witnessed live. Thijs (freeze mage) vs Ostkaka (freeze mage) auto-ping was close tho...
The moment I am most looking forward in 2020 is easy: an official game that could match or top the one above :)
My favourite moment from 2019: In only one word, Battlegrounds. It's so exciting when new modes appear and the game becomes bigger with more options and game-modes!
Looking forward to in 2020: My only wish for 2020 would be that newer Adventures keep including new cards. Discovering new cards and mechanics is the best for me, it makes the game alive!
What I am looking forward to: an overhaul of the ranked system with the metal like bronze silver gold. Although that might not happen I will be very happy to see what kind of different brawls we will get.
My favorite moment of 2019 has definitely been the introduction of Battlegrounds that gave a second wind to Hearthstone.
As for what I would be glad to see in 2020, I will answer frequent nerfs and buffs that help the game feel fresh. It has been really great so far and I hope the devs will keep it going !
