I don't understand the purpose of a card like this. Sure, they can't use whatever hero power they were abusing before but this lasts only one turn! Is this really going to stop them or even slow them down? Unlikely. The only real counter to hero powers is preventing their usage completely (like Mindbreaker). Swapping hero powers for a single turn or increasing their cost by 1 doesn't do much at all. The low mana cost doesn't matter because this has an even higher cost: a deck slot. Bad card, bad epic, bad tech, etc.
Works well with Embiggen, but outside of that I don't feel it. You want to Recruit with a purpose; otherwise you're rolling the dice every time you use this Sidequest, hoping that it's not going to pull out a Battlecry.
Seeing how Rogue has received no other dragon other than Waxadred I'm not really sold anymore.
There aren't really any neutral dragons good enough to build a deck around (at best there's Nightmare Amalgam)
Maybe it could be good in a Highlander Rogue with Alexstrasza, Waxadred, Amalgam and some other halfway decent neutral dragons (like the chunky 5-mana 5/5 that draws a card)
Definitely not enough dragons to build a deck with two of these.
Doesn’t seem that great, especially since there’s so many 1 cost spells you could get at this point from it. Don’t think it’ll be worth it for awhile, unless they reveal something interesting next expansion
Even more fuel for hand barf cyclone mage I'm going to hate seeing mage this expansion but since they lose flame walker that plague is only in wild. I can see it being run in plenty of other decks though
This is a super weird ability, the niche is there, but this just won't be seeing any direct play unless something really weird happens. It will probably show up from random things on occasion and be secretly awesome, but otherwise its not much of a card.
I doubt you can fit it in alongside the quest but this seems to enable a very similar value-oriented battlecry minion-spamming deck. I'm curious which one will be stronger.
The spell damage seems a little bit weird, I am not sure exactly what to do with it. Maybe just extra reach on your burn spells? It is also a dragon which does have some merit to it. But let us not get distracted by the text box, this is a 4 mana 5/7. I know that is not as powerful as [Hearthstone Card (Flamewreath faceless) Not Found], but that is still super beefy for a 4 drop. In fact, I almost like this cost/stat distribution more, maybe it is just me, but seeing minions with more health than attack is always very satisfying, even if it isn't as good.
This card is pretty powerful with a fairly good effect, and a very useful tribe. I will not be the slightest bit surprised to see this card appearing in some midrange/aggro/burn/dragon shaman lists.
It's a 1 mana 1/3 which quite easily becomes a 2/3, but doesn't snowball and the buff is only super meaningful if you overload on an early turn when the overload cost is actually pretty steep. So all in all, it will be played, but won't be cited as the offender if the deck(s) it is in is problematic.
As Kripp (and others) have noted, it's SI:7 Agent but requires a Dragon in-hand instead of Combo. I've always found Combo to be a pain, whereas this is much more reliable on turn-3. Good card.
New Neutral Minion - Tasty Flyfish
Could curve good into Nightmare Amalgam
New Neutral Minion - Grizzled Wizard

New Rogue Minion - Umbral Skulker
good with edwin and questing adventurer.
Wyrmrest Purifier
not even meme jjust bad
New Druid Spell - Strength in Numbers

New Rogue Minion - Waxadred
Someone is having ear wax problem.
New Paladin Spell - Righteous Cause
A strong sidequest for an aggresive paladin deck.
New Warrior Weapon - Ritual Chopper
Not too bad considering its a 4/2 on the first swing for only 2 mana.
New Neutral Minion - Fire Hawk
not very strong, probably pack filler, there are cards like this already
New Neutral Minion - Evasive Wyrm
and there is that Frizz Kindleroost card that will make this 4 mana.
I guess there might be some viable dragon hunter near future.
New Rogue Minion - Flik Skyshiv
i like this card but might be to slow
New Mage Spell - Arcane Breath
Even more fuel for hand barf cyclone mage I'm going to hate seeing mage this expansion but since they lose flame walker that plague is only in wild. I can see it being run in plenty of other decks though

New Neutral Minion - Evasive Chimaera
Gets still picked up by Paladin and Rogue HP.
New Neutral Minion - Wyrmrest Purifier
Meme-ish card, but could be used as tech against Bomb Warrior. Has some potential but still pretty bad card.
New Shaman Hero - Galakrond, the Tempest
I doubt you can fit it in alongside the quest but this seems to enable a very similar value-oriented battlecry minion-spamming deck. I'm curious which one will be stronger.

Surging Tempest
1 mana 2/3 pog
New Shaman Spell - Invocation of Frost
Stall a minion while summoning a bit of board presence on the cheap. Don’t see a downside to this, really good card
New Shaman Minion - Surging Tempest
* Insert Tunnel Trogg comparison here *

New Paladin Minion - Sky Claw
Gives you 3 mech bodies and also a temporary buff for those mechs. This card is good on its own and has some great synergies.
Invocation of Frost
looks decent
