I think this card is really good.  It can be a 1 mana 2/2 or a nice, cheap defensive buff.  It fits super well into Token Druid and I think it could expand to other archetypes just for its flexibility and ability to help contest the board early.

Why is this so horrible

Treant druid for a long time needed a 1 drop so it's very welcome for that arche-type now you can actually curve into Dendrologist instead having to awkardly wait untill you can combo a treant card with it.

Great stats, permanent effect. This is every treant memer's wet dream. I'm definitely trying it out even if it's not a very competitive deck. For the trees!

b) why do you need to voice your displeasure with my statement? You, similarly, have added nothing relevant to the discussion and could have just ignored me

People don't need a reason to speak their mind, they just do because they feel like it.

We'll have to see what other Treant support Druid gets, but it doesn't fit into any current Treat-using decks (Token Druid).  I kind of wish the effect was a bit more interesting that a permanent +1/+1

This will fit very nicely into my current wild deck of odd/token/trenant deck. First time I've seen a new card and known exactly what I'd do with it tbh, lol.

Cool card and actually seems fair compared to other cards we have seen this expansion, part of me hopes that this will see play but it's very lategame.

I don't think you want to play this with your quest, but it's a good token druid card. You can get a 2/2 on turn 1 and combo the treant with dendrologist easily at any time. The +2 health and taunt is ok I guess

I'm happy to see a new druid card, but disappointed that it's locked behind a bundle deal. I'm thrilled that they are focusing on a different aspect of a druid instead of just another person who turns into a bear or cat, yet I'm saddened that they didn't go with any of the lore characters that deserve to be here and instead just made up their own as-of-yet-meaningless character with no story or sense of importance. That pretty much sums up how I feel about this. 

This is a pretty apt comparision, which is worrying. The only thing that doesn't make this very broken, is that there are no 0-mana tutors (yet).

Just a quick update - we plan on sending out an email in a day or two with some codes, so make sure to sign up for the mailing list if you haven't already. Other than that, we're working on ranked rewards, the inter-season Holidays event, tournament mode, and more. The next patch is scheduled for approximately Dec 19. Due to all the unscheduled digressions we've been taking (Faction Missions, the Arena revamp, etc), at this time, it's looking somewhat unlikely that tournaments will actually make it into into this next patch, but we're crunching away on it.

Mythgard recently hit "Overwhelmingly Positive" on Steam recent reviews, and from the entire team, we want to thank you all so much for your support! As an indie game, getting the word out is incredibly hard - over the course of the Beta, we've worked with top-tier public relations and marketing firms to try to convince games journalists to write about us, but have yet to see any traction. However, I think it's only a matter of time before they crack, especially if we can continue to garner positive reviews.

I am not trying to say that you are not allowed to speak your mind, but freedom to do something is not in itself a reason to do it. 

You can say what you want in whatever way you want (as long as it is within the site rules of course), I am just saying that you don't need to talk bad about literally everything that bothers you. You can, but you don't need to.

If you think something is bad, you can say so. But when you needlessly throw in a comment about how terrible some irrelevant thing is, it makes you sound like you enjoy hating on things just for the sake of hating. 

You can voice your displeasure for things, but that doesn't mean it is always appreciated.

at this point I'm kinda feeling the hype.

There's just so much interesting stuff this expansion.

I almost regret spending so much dust on meme decks last expansion because this really seems like an expansion where I want to try almost all the legendaries in various decks

Oh well, guess some more Wild cards have to go on the chopping block.

When you couldn't get Tyrande the first time around but now you can.

Treant druid was never really an archetype, token druid was always better but it ran some treant-generating cards. This could make a slower deck with all the treant synergy cards, but you'd have to cut a lot of good token aggro cards to benefit from all the synergies. It all depends if this expansion can make treant druid more powerful in the midgame to lategame than token druid is powerful in the early game. Maybe the right direction is to include some higher-costed cards, with the inclusion of Garden Gnome.

To comment on the card itself, it's a good card but I'm not very impressed, especially comparing it to the rest of the expansion. The +1/+1 buff doesn't seem that great, as 3/3s should be easy to clear. I think that to achieve some impact on the meta it would need to give +2/+2 to your treants. Depending if they print additional treant support in the next expansion, it should be a good card in the next year's meta.

Quest druid approves of this card give a minion health and taunt and summon a 2/2 for 1 Mana. This is pullable from the new dragon since it’s a 1 cost you could use with the new taunt but that’s less important and this has best value with quest.
