Playing this card with your hero power is a nice turn 10 play that puts a lot of stats on the board. This is also a late game dragon that can help make a dragon Warlock deck with Nether Breath and Crazed Netherwing. I like this card since it has a pseudo taunt effect. Unless your opponent has lethal, they can't really afford to simply go face while this card is around since it will fill your board with a bunch of 6/6 dragons.
Well it does what most late game dragons do, it's bad vs aggro but good vs midrange/control, it's purpose vs aggro is to be holding a dragon, it's a threat that is essentially taunt unless your opponent got lethal since they won't want to attack you since you will then get a lot of value.
I am unsure about this card, depends on how good dragon warlock/hand lock is.
I just noticed it doesn't have the "on your turn" text like the Floating Watcher.
So this spawns minions on your opponents turn.
Assuming you survive to turn 8, might be relevant against flooding decks. The minion acts as a soft taunt since tokens won't be able to hit face unless they want to fill the board with 6/6 minions.
Dude. With those cheap 0 mana overload spells... Let's kill something, kill something else, summon a totem, deal 10 damage face then mutate because why not. Yiikes.
You have to be overloaded, or over load that turn, so very least spending 6 mana for the effect. Solid card but has conditions that aren’t always easy to achieve when you want it. I think it is maybe going to see some play but won’t be core I don’t think
You don't really want to play 5 mana 5/5s, but when you can get a free 5 damage and it works along side the Shaman quest this is pretty spicy. Its still a bit expensive and because you have to have overloaded mana crystals its not as easy to find the right opportunity to play this in the midgame, but its still going to be one of the more common minions I think we'll see in shaman decks once Evolve rotates back out.
The only thing holding this back is that its an 8 cost minion. Its super powerful and takes the game over really fast, but its not doing that before the late game. This does give warlock that extra umph in the late game, having a single threat against other control decks that wins the game by itself, plus it has a relevant minion type meaning it could show up in all kinds of decks.
The downside of this card is that it doesn't actually do anything when it enters play. The upside is that you can drop 10/18 worth of stats for 10-mana. Control Handlock appears to have a lot of tools to play with this expansion and a lot of incentive to run a Dragon package.
This is basically Pit Crocolisk (8 Mana 5/6 with Battlecry: Deal 5 Damage) except it costs 3 less and requires overload. This might not actually be too good, since cards like Lava Schock that unlock overloaded Mana crystals were never that great
This is straight up insane value. Not only does this minion has 12 health, not easy to shave off, it also has a nasty effect that forces this minion to die before any face damage can be done.
The only problem now is outside of hero power warlock doesn't have a lot of stuff that pricks his finger without bleeding out. Zoolock with Diseased Vulture already proves that getting damaged more than once a turn is tricky but not impossible, and this card forces you to hold cards until turn 10.
One redeeming feature if that this also generates a 6/6 when others damage your face so its not all that bad. Expect a few players to make that mistake, look at this card, and then concede.
Burn quest shaman has always been somewhere in the radar and this can help patch a few holes from that deck.
But Weaponized Wasp is just simply more flexible, and actually does something in the mid game. Judging from the speed which quest shaman gets 5 overloaded mana crystals, this will stick in your hand until after turn 8. And without any kobold lackeys, a 7 mana pyroblast to the face is probably not what quest shaman wants to do.
Without the double battlecry from quest, this is just a slightly better Fire Elemental, which saw play so this would probably too. Just don't think that 7 mana pyroblast is going to happen too often though.
New Shaman Minion - Cumulo-Maximus
Quest shaman just got additional 20 potential face damage in the deck it's not like they were otking you or anything anyway.

Control Dragon Warlock! The opponent has no choice but to clear this if they don't want a board filled with high-statted minions.

There is surely ways to abuse this.
I think it is pretty pretty good.
Also, I understand and accept the Fluffy place holder name, but this isn't ''A new Epic Warlock Minion''
thanks for adjusting :)

That dragon is either Neltharaku or Zzeraku, I assume. Definitely not a frosty dragon. Cool card tho. 🤔

Fill your board with 6/6 dragons at the low, low cost of 25 health!
EDIT: Why is the reply function on this forum so terrible? It should have a marker in the corner to show who you're replying to or something.

If fluffy frosty is the name of the card when the expansion hits, I'm going to be crafting a golden. I can feel the power of fluff in my veins.

10/18 with a heropower at 10 mana ??? Wow
New Warlock Minion - Zzeraku the Warped
10 mana for a 4/12 with soft taunt and a 6/6 is pretty good, too bad neither of them is a taunt
