I would mostly agree with the analysis here, with a couple of disagreements:
- As cute as it is, Valdris' hand size increase is not going to be a major factor in most games I feel. It's still a solid card, but it's a solid card because it's a sprint with a 4/4 stapled to it. And even that may not be enough to make it playable, considering we've not seen a good control warlock deck for a while now.
- Abyssal Summoner is, in my view, garbage. We've seen variable token summons on a LOT of cards over the years, and with the notable exception of Jade, almost all of them have been too weak to see play in Standard. Essentially the problem is that, no matter how big your hand is, it's still just a vanilla taunt coming out at the end of the day. 6 mana is usually too much to follow with anything significant, so we're looking at the 'main' play for the turn - which in turn means the power of this minion is basically just mana efficiency (i.e. minion size for cost) - the value of which goes down as cost goes up. Let's be generous and say you usually get this off with, say, 8 cards in hand. You're looking at an Ironbark and a 2/2 for 6 mana. Good on paper... but is that really a big deal in constructed most of the time? I'd say not, unless you're specifically playing it on turn 6 or 7.
- Fluffy Kibler Dragon (love that name) is, if anything, being underrated right now. And I say that despite most people being positive about it. My point, I suppose, is that this isn't a card that will be good or bad depending on Galakrond's strength - this is a card which MAKES Galakrond's strength. People (including me) will build Galakrond Warrior for this card even if all the others are trash.
Oh, and incidentally, the Raging Worgen comparison is a really bad one I'm afraid. Worgen was played in Warrior almost exclusively as a combo card, not for its own merit.

Card screaming "win more". Can't remember ever having met a Dragon Soul on ranked play, and this is worse (weapons are harder to remove than 2/5 minions)
Landed on a three star review because honestly... it's going to be one or five, totally dependent on how easy/likely the condition is going to be in the meta.
5 five stars just for the Plot Twist memes. This card certainly isn't consistent but it can turn bad draws in the late game into high value cards. Where this might fit? Hard to say, but i don't think it's as hopeless as it looks. At least, it will provide a ton of fun moments so i appreciate its existence.
Very nice card that combines removal with targeted draw. Arguably better than Town Crier as it maintains its utility as removal even when it has nothing else to draw. Crier falls off really fast after turn 1 and usually becomes a dead draw in the late stages of the game.
Mostly a meme, but if priest gets any card draw ever it might be good with Talanji in a Galakrond deck. It has vanilla stats and can protect you against Hakkar and bombs, but I doubt it's gonna be used as some sort of tech card. I don't see this getting played in anything seriously, but it will create some fun moments.
Yeah, it's probably better to just draw the cards you have in your deck on purpose, rather than converting them to random legendaries. Still could create some super silly moments.
On most occasions you would want the cards from your deck rather than a random Legendary, so this card will not see play in constructed. But in Arena it looks super strong :o
I like that this card costs 9 so it can't just be thrown into every single highlander deck without thought.. it costs a lot to actually run a 9 drop it means you have to play only it and the generated dragons in the turn (and maybe a spell if you happen to get a Kalecgos) which is a high risk actually because you are not guaranteed to have a good answer for the board state.
if you run highlander AND dragons this is probably an auto include though just holding a dragon has it's merits..
OP one, but same as Rafaam - you replace some of your cards with a random legendaries, that may or may not work good together, and hope that you can finish your opponent soon.
So how is it OP if it's not good?
You compare it to rafaam and rafaam is not that great (sadly, I crafted him first day cause I thought there's no way he isn't good..).
I doubt 14/12 in stats will be enough unless your opponent board is empty with all the powercreep incoming. Of course you'll have some nice turnarounds sometimes, but still...
Don't get me wrong, it's my type of card and probably a day one craft for me. It reminds me of Master Oakheart and I used to love the shenanigans I could make with it.

New Card Reveal - Transmogrifier
Can't wait to see a Trolden video where this guy ruins some combo while randomly generated in any way
New Neutral Minion - Transmogrifier
I'm always up for a good meme game :)
New Hunter Minion - Diving Gryphon
It's not gonna stick, but that's hardly its intention :)
New Neutral Minion - Dragonqueen Alexstrasza
This will fit nicely in my dragonhandlock, but if I could just complain about one thing...
Why are we burning ALEXSTRASZA on this card? Isn't she like one of the most reknown, epic (add more superlatives) in warcraft lore?
New Mage Minion - Chenvaala
Card screaming "win more". Can't remember ever having met a Dragon Soul on ranked play, and this is worse (weapons are harder to remove than 2/5 minions)

That [Hearthstone Card (Fluffy Kibler Dragon) Not Found] seems sooo strong!
And also poor Shudderwock who sees another "copy" card out of his reach.
Hunter Card Reveal - Diving Gryphon
Very nice card that combines removal with targeted draw. Arguably better than Town Crier as it maintains its utility as removal even when it has nothing else to draw. Crier falls off really fast after turn 1 and usually becomes a dead draw in the late stages of the game.

New Hunter Minion - Diving Gryphon
This is a very solid card. It basically functions like a Wing Blast that draws you another rush minion. Also, the side quest just got some help!
New Neutral Minion - Transmogrifier

Hunter Card Reveal - Diving Gryphon
Worse? It has rush itself with 4 attack and it's a beast, how is it worse other than being more than 1 mana?
New Hunter Minion - Diving Gryphon
Card is fine, nothing special compared to the power creep of the expansion we've seen so far. but removal and draw is nice for Hunter.

New Card Reveal - Transmogrifier
Fillers are cards with like one keyword or no text at all.
New Card Reveal - Transmogrifier
Love it
Dragonqueen Alexstrasza
With all of the new and big dragons printed this set, I think this is one of the best cards so far in DoD.
If it can generate copies of itself as well it would be even better.
New Card Reveal - Transmogrifier
Why Elekk? This does not shuffle cards, just transform them.
New Card Reveal - Transmogrifier
I wonder how this card works with Fel Lord Betrug and Dollmaster Dorian with Plot Twist
Dragonqueen Alexstrasza
For sure, two deathwings seems worse.
