Looking at the revealed minions so far, the Dragons will once again reign supreme in arena and dragon synergy will be a strong one. But even just the new "Discover a dragon" theme gives powerful tools via pretty strong card generators. And some of the new dragons, for example Emerald Explorer, Evasive Drakonid or Twin Tyrant especially, will be a super powerful cards in arena.
And with influx of new dragons, some old heavy hitters will probably punch you in a gut very often, since there will be plenty of triggers. How about Crowd Roaster, Book Wyrm or Blackwing Corruptor? Yuck!
Oh and my personal nemesis - Netherspite Historian. I guess i wont no longer be able to be mad about ppl actually drafting this, since dragons will be plentiful.
I guess the only consolation is, Drakonid Operative isnt going to be around ... this time.

So far we are unsure if Galakrond and Invoke minions, as well as Sidequests, will be draftable in arena.
My personal opinion is that Galakrond and Invoke minions will get the C'thun + C'thun followers treatment, meaning these will in fact not be in the drafting pool at all.
Both revealed Sidequests seem like they shouldnt be impossible to complete in arena, Hunter one having a lot easier requirement tho. And with them not being treated as "unique", since you can have more than one copy of them in the deck, so possibly even more than two in arena, i'd wager these will be regular spells in the pool. But we shall see.
What I am upset about, however, is that the "less popular" quests they got rid of (like the 50 murlocs for 100 gold) are some of the highest paying quests.
This! Murlocopalypse was always an easy 100 gold. Surely a higher priority is to do away with the 3 wins for 50 gold quests, which are vastly more work than some of the other 50g options.
my friendlist disappeared after the update. I also got the bug where it shows incomplete decklists and if you click on them, they appear. What the heck is wrong with Activision-Blizzard? Can't they test this on dedicated servers?

Overall value is around 55-58g if I remember correctly, meaning that rerolling anything other than 50g quests has always been a bad idea. This hasn't changed. But seeing the 100g murloc quest gone is disappointing.
That's NOT what they said, rerolling 60g quest now ALWAYS results in 50g, you can still reroll your 50g quest hoping for a higher one. I've never rerolled my 60g quests anyway, because statistically you're most likely to get 50g. Did you notice, that a 1place grants you 1/3 of 10 gold... :D
Actually I got the crown rewards at 4th and 3rd places butnot at 6th place - and the main screen shows "number of times you've come in 1st" AND "Number of times in top 4." So it looks like all you need to do for the 1/3rd 10g is come in 4th or better.
Granted 3 games is a small sample size, but honestly it's a fun little mode that I will definitely play to break up the "normal" games. ESPECIALLY in times like now where the meta is so oppressive (only 25 days left until Shamanstone ends!)
Maybe I missed this somewhere - but is there an explanation on Battlegrounds for what "wins" games i.e. gets you the crown award? I played 2 games and came in 4th and 3rd, and both times I got a crown. So is it just "finish in the top half" and get the crown towards 10g?
I'd really like daily quest slots and event quest slots.
This would be especially nice for players that go AFK and come back during events. They'd have more stuff to do with the added daily quest which could help kickstart their Hearthstone adventure once more.
