All the rezzing, mana cheating, and deathrattle in hunter is giving me some Priest vibes. . . delete Hunter!! :P

For anyone wondering, “Improved” Motion Denied does 9 damage, not 12

Shadehound might be even good in wild, beast hunter runs a lot of small beasts that easily infuse this and leaving a board of small beasts up is much more riskier for the opponent now.

Having Motion denied in the pool for Tavish is also something to look out for. 

It has to be one that died that game though? So only the ones you put in your deck matter?

I am not too fond of the shadehound, it seems a little bit slow, but motion denied seems pretty interesting.

Deathrattle is my favourite keyword and I really hope we can put together some fun strategy with this card. One thing that worries me is that it seems like a little bit of a tempo loss unless you pick a very impactful deathrattle and/or give him rush. Definitely a lot of potential though imo.

Tbh I'd love some Silver Hand Recruit skins, just like we get for Treants each expansion.

The flavor is funny, but horrible for hunter. The effect is amazing, has some shenanigans potential with Oblivitron. 

Remember Myra Rotspring? Probably not because the card never saw any real play since its launch. Sure this is a straight up better version of her, but I'm not sure if he's better enough to see real play. Especially because there is still a big variance in his discover pool.

Not gonna lie I was not enjoying this meta, this patch is targeting most of the problematic cards ( Veigo, Riptide sermon, Mark of the Storm, and Concurrent timelines ) and buffing some of my favorite cards ( Swain and Leviathan ) so good patch overall.

Calm down. This is exactly why it helps to read the original question and answer, and not just the summary. The devs only started talking about this AFTER seeing the question, when it makes perfect sense to consider the practicalities of it. There's no hidden agenda here.

Whether it "makes sense" that there would be female Silver Hand Recruits... well, there are female members of the Silver Hand in WoW so there's no good reason to not have female art other than that they only use 1 piece of artwork, which happens to be male. Considering having art for both genders would simply be better representing what is already a reality.

As for your projections over future cards depicting same-sex relationships, I'm pretty sure we haven't had any cards depicting ANY romantic relationships yet, so I very much doubt devs are interested in poking that hornet's nest.

In wider society, the changes you are complaining about ARE making a difference, and have been for much much longer than video games have been influenced by recent trends. They just only take hold over time scales of decades, primarily through each generation becoming more "politically correct" than the last. (And the natural reverse of that is each generation tends to think the next one is being too soft and fussy, ironically ignoring the fact that's exactly what their own parents think about them!) Just think about how much of a pansy you must look to someone from a hundred years ago.

Ultimately, no one is being harmed by there being increased representation of previously under-represented groups. It is not corrupting everyone else, regardless of what conspiracy theorists peddle, so just let it happen and be glad that there are lots of people out there who do benefit from it, even if you don't.

First off, female members of the Silver Hand exist: Justicar Julia Celeste is one of their main leaders, while Commander Ansela is a teacher and "grizzled war veteran". Stands to reason that there are female Silver Hand Recruits. This "forced change" would merely be a reflection of the truth.

Second, despite your "Won't Someone Think of the Children?!" pearl-clutching, the truth of the world is that there is a whole spectrum of people out there beyond what is deemed the "normal", heterosexual mindset. If the art and flavor of a card allows for two individuals kissing, then making them both female (or both male) is perfectly acceptable. Recognizing reality and accepting it is part of how we grow as a civilization - yes, even the children. If we want to make change, we need to implement laws *and* change the way we develop future generations, so they don't turn into prejudiced jerks that perpetuate the status quo that is actively hurting people. If the current generation of lawmakers won't see reason, then we write them off and focus our efforts on cultivating the next one.

Seems interesting, and it seems NUTS when cast onto Pelagos. untargettable Pelagos sounds like a nightmare to deal with if you dont have any board presence. Yeah this card will see experimentation at the very least, and might just be a surprisingly decent/good card.

This seems good in thief priest, and some of the thief priest cards see play in non-thief priest decks because they are good value cards. So maybe this card can see some play? Not sure because it seems at its best as long as your playing a thief priest deck, and i'm not sure how good those will be unless they get support in future sets. I feel like The Light! It Burns! is better in most decks.
