  • Pogo Hand Rogue

It looks good! But I don't understand why Violet Haze is in this deck...

With Preparation you get 2 cards and a combo for free.

  • How many golden legendaries have you opened?

I've been playing since it started, originally as F2P.  But I also stopped between GvG and Un'Goro.  Since restarting with Un'Goro though, I think I have opened maybe 8 or 9 total

  • Awesome New Deck Guides Post Boomsday Buffs

Wow those decks looks so weird. Especially Former Champ everywhere, Ravencaller, Violet Haze and Mutate. Rogue and Shaman looks pretty cool. I like this postbuff meta right now (tho I didn't play a while, cant say for sure)

  • Adventure To Turn A Card Into A Golden

I like the idea.  I'm trying to "Gold Out" all my Warlock cards in Standard and Wild.  Having a Golden Mal'Ganis would totally make my day.

But to prevent people from abusing it, the golden card you get would need to be something that cannot be disenchanted, sort of like Marin the Fox.  I'm no coder, but that seems like something relatively easy to do.  I'd even be so brazen as to say that if you are able to complete an adventure tied to a specific release (Dalaran Heist for Rise of Shadows for example), you choose a specific card out of that set to become golden.  Once you have completely unlocked everything in the adventure and completed it with all of the hero and deck options, it becomes one hell of a cool reward for your dedication.

  • Anyone remember Taverns of Time?

    Quote From Scorpyon

I remember the Infinite Murlocs from that arena. It felt like it was almost a good card, but shame it was so slow.

Pretty much Pogo-Hopper. Except you have to shuffle them yourself, but they grow twice as fast.

It rly looked like Blizzard was trying out different wacky abilities and quite a few of them made it to the game eventually, as mentioned already as well.

  • Unity, Precision, Perfection - Mech Deathrattle Hunter ft. Star Aligner

I have been looking for a deck like this ... something new and fresh. I will definitely craft me a Star Aligner, and give this a day in court.

  • Anyone remember Taverns of Time?

I remember the [Hearthstone Card (Infinite Murlocs) Not Found] from that arena. It felt like it was almost a good card, but shame it was so slow.

  • No mobile update on iphone yet.

I can confirm that the update was released yesterday for iPhone (at least in the UK) and I have been playing it.

  • Adventure To Turn A Card Into A Golden

The trouble is that then becomes a method of card-purchasing (albeit in a fairly lengthy process).

You pay money for the adventure.
    You complete the adventure.

You then choose a card (obv a legendary) to make golden.
    You dust said legendary.

You re-craft that legendary (if you want).
You then craft any legendary you want.

The cost of a legendary now becomes equivalent to the exact cost of the adventure.
This may not sound like much, but it's actually a HUGE deal. It changes everything about the game. The game becomes a form of Pay-To-Win since now you can guarantee a way to buy a specific card. It place a real-world monetary value on legendary cards. This means that obtaining cards in the game has a real-world equivalent value and the game can be legally evaluated as being a form of gambling.

It would then have a knock-on effect of requiring legislation and stringent rules put into place, as well as a new age limit (to prevent children access to gambling).
It's a big old kettle of fish right there... ;-)

    Just use Zola the Gorgon

    🙃

  • How many golden legendaries have you opened?

Golden Jaraxxus is the only golden legendary I've ever unpacked in my years of playing, albeit I've only recently put any money into the game for the newest adventure. Honestly, I was delighted when I unpacked it because it was literally the only legendary I wanted at the time; getting it in gold was even better!

  • Adventure To Turn A Card Into A Golden

Not to me they wouldn't. I'd keep my golden card. But I acknowledged in my OP that a lot of people would just dust their goldens. But if it's an adventure you pay for, so what?

  • Pogo Hand Rogue

good deck ... but probably dead befor exploiting the Pogos

  • Aggro game play.

    Quote From Lenlac

So I have changed my mind about aggro game play. I have been playing mono-red in arena and its giving me a different perspective from aggro in hearthstone. The reason I am playing aggro is because it was a very easy deck to craft with out too many resources and it performs really well. I have to say that the interactions are not too complicated but do you have to be careful with what you play and when. Mono-Red is not just Smorc.

In hearthstone I am always annoyed by aggro game play, however I have a lot of resources so I don't have to resort to it. When new players its a great choice to play cheap aggro decks.  With that in mind I think having cheap aggro decks its actually healthy for the game. To allow new players to come and experience with out too much commitment.

The block system in arena is very interesting and interactive. Would be great to be able to force some minions to block (not just taunt.) like spells or abilities that enable taunt like effect on certain minions.

At least you finally came around to the bright side!

  • Adventure To Turn A Card Into A Golden

I mean, sure, but they would just be giving everyone free dust :D

  • Fantasy Formats: What do you Want?

I would love some sort of two-on-two team mechanic.

I don't know quite how that would work and I imagine it would be a logistical nightmare. But it sure would be fun to be able to play Hearthstone 2 vs 2.

  • How many golden legendaries have you opened?

I think something like 8-10 over about 5 years. The first couple i dusted because i needed cards at the time. Kind of wish i didn't as they were malygos and alex

  • Necromechanic Hunter with SN1P-SN4P

Very fun deck thanks for the share.

  • Adventure To Turn A Card Into A Golden

One thing I've always wanted to see Blizzard do is to give us a solo content adventure that, upon completion, allows you to turn the card of your choice into a golden version of itself. The reason I want this is that I've always wanted a golden Tiron Fordring. Sure, I could spend 3400 dust on one, but that's a LOT of dust for a card I already have. A nice thing for Blizzard to do would be to allow us the ability to turn any card - just one - golden. And, sure, some people would do it just to dust it, but that's fine, too.

What do you all think? And what card would you make golden?

  • Out of Cards is... Great

    Quote From Warangel

Once there's a way to easily distinguish standard decks from wild (and maybe there is and I'm missing it) this site will have everything I want.

That was actually implemented a few days ago. You can now search for either format and decks are automatically flagged depending on the cards. One exception being decks that existed prior still need to be updated with a script.

Also yeah mobile is missing a few things still but it's definitely a priority to make mobile great.

  • Fantasy Formats: What do you Want?

I would like to see a format with rotating sets, the included sets should be changed after a set period of time (maybe a month, maybe multiple months, but not longer than that).

I would also love to have a custom format in which you can set up games yourselves and choose your own rulesets (and maybe choose from tavern brawl rulesets as well?). You could of course allow other players to join, or make it private to friends only. I don't think this will ever happen but one can dream.

  • Aggro game play.

    Quote From Scorpyon

    Nowhere specific. She just goes...

Image result for does she go?

A goer? Is she a goer? Eh? Eh? 😂

Always knew you were a man of taste dude 👌

  • Dalaran Heist bug

    Hey all,

I'm aware of the bug that displays the first boss encounter hero wrongly but it's ok I guess, can live with that.

Thing is, I just finished a Chapter IV heroic run with priest and the win wasn't recorded. No Crown over hero portrait, no checkmark on the deck used, nothing.

Pretty disappointing. Not that it "matters" practically but spent a few hours trying and well, I'm on my way to complete everything using all heroes and decks and ya know.. Like I said, left a bitter taste.

Anyone else noticed something similar? Didn't see it coming up in any thread, not that I've searched beforehand tbh. Guessed they'll have it all sorted out so many days after release.

  • How many golden legendaries have you opened?

I started playing in 2015 (during TGT I believe). The golden legendaries I have opened are:

Classic: Onyxia, was probably among the 15th-18th legendary I opened in my classic packs.

TGT: Gormok the Impaler, was the 4th or 5th legendary I opened in that expansion.

Gadgetzan: Don Han'Cho, was the 8th legendary I opened in that expansion.

Un'goro: Pyros, was the first legendary I opened in that expansion.

The Witchwood: Lady in White, Duskfallen Aviana, Emeriss (As you can probably tell, The Witchwood was my best expansion ever in terms of pack quality), I think I opened a total of 11 legendaries in that expansion.

Rastakhan's Rumble: Princess Talanji, I think it was the 4th legendary I opened in that expansion.

I haven't disenchanted any of them (yes, not even Duskfallen Aviana :p)

  • Vargoth Is Stealing Away!

OK. You convinced me. I've just crafted Trade Prince Gallywix.... 😬

The rest of the deck looks solid though. I'll reserve judgement on The Prince. For now. 🤔
