This is way too much, you are overdooing it with half of the cards in this list. Ancient brewmaster? Cut that. Galvanizer? Cut that, they require way too many conditions to meet in order to work, as if Pogo Hoppers didnt already drag that issue along by themselves. Baleful Banker and SN1P SN4P? Not even going to comment on those... If you are trying to have anywhere near as much success as you could have with pogos, play more proactive cards that help you get there eg. Witchwood Piper and Novice Engineer.
Might aswell just get rid of Sn1p Sn4p already, I don't see how it helps acomplishing anything this type of deck is trying to do. Neither does it add any useful keywords to your pogos, nor is it any good by itself (see Phantom Militia and Walnut Sprite). Since your deck is trying to be as budget as possible which I can respect, I would recommend replacing that and the eviscerates with 2x Novice Engineer and +1 Spirit of the Shark.
See, my deck has a different approach to this kind of issue, mainly the double sunfurys which have way better synergy with bounce cards than carpet does. Also, the earlier your pogos become big, the more likely it is that your opponent will have to deal with YOUR minions, instead of the other way around. Also its not like "no one realises" the fact that carpet is a card, in fact it has been debated over quite a lot in different posts on this website.
i get what you're saying but i would really need an official example from say mtg arena or from an mtg tournament to get this across because kasmina's transmutation has the same text and would leave the debate in the same spot.
Pretty cool hero. I didn't like many recently introduced Hero skins, but I am not a WoW fan... This one is nice looking, and I like following thunder storms, lol. And Lightning Storm card animation is one of the few I like the most in HS. Yes I know, weird reason to like the Hero :P
I'm free to play player and can't afford random 20$ spending. I would far rather want to buy just the skin. It sucks that it is also time limited, because we know - how rarely Blizzard is selling other skins in HS :/
As of 5:30pm central time Amazon nor Google has added the update. Rather strange since it's been 5.5hrs after the PC update. In the past it was on phones 2 to 3 hrs later.
Any Apple users care to say if its updated on their devices?

while you're here, are you taking info on bugs, as I have encountered one where you sometimes can't leave spaces between letters on a new line, and you have to type two letters with a space and then move it down to fix it. This could be on my end though as I think my browser is acting up a bit.
Discount the Boars and play them with Electra and Bloodlust for a max of 14 damage.
The Deckhands add another 16 damage if you have a weapon and all the pieces together.
Some combination of those cards and chipping away with Likkim at the health total should get you lethal.
Ah alright, missed the helpless hatchlings, now it makes sense. Still a lot of setup needed and one taunt trows your gameplan overboard. i also don't think there is a lot of "chipping" to be done, almost no minions or damage.
Anyway when it works, it works ;-)
yeah it definitely works as I seen someone else playing this deck on youtube. definitely a lot of set up really, but I think the thing is it's just another way of winning or something. the deck seems capable enough without the combo as well.
I feel like I'm an underwhelming card creator in comparision to other people that do cards with a LOT better quality in less time.
And also better ideas + naming, specially considering I take 5-10 minutes in the name and people might already have a better one in what, ¿a few minutes?, in the end I sometimes don't even think I'm remotely good and just straight give up. My lack of confidence doesn't help either.

This would really suck if you only play on a mobile device. Maybe those people still get to play on phone because they didn't update on a computer.
