So Basically, with this version of post-buff Pogo Rogue, instead of waiting for big miracle turns, you are trying to curve out into your Pogos early on. Bounce them back and replay them with Youthful Brewmaster, Daring Escape, Shadowstep and Waggle Pick.
Only leave Pogos on the board when you are convinced that your opponent cannot remove them so they will stick, or if you can combine them with Togwaggle's Scheme or preferably Lab Recruiter. To draw them more consistantly later on, we have a guaranteed draw with Witchwood Piper and cycle with Novice Engineer, which in combination with the huge amount of bounce cards, should be enough to get the ball rolling, at least against aggressive decks. Tak Nozwhisker is not in the deck, as it is too expensive and slow to reliably work in this kind of deck, which needs as much early game support as it can get to not get crushed by aggressive decks like Token Druid, Murloc Shaman or Mech Hunter.

im missing barista what should i put in instead of her? (btw love the idea im trying to make something like this for a long time)
Barista is insane in this deck, mainly because there is so much battlecry synergy going on overall. She also doesnt rotate out all that soon, so I'd say she is a fairly safe craft. Meanwhile though, you might consider playing a second Vanish, as that is as close as it gets to mass-bounce synergy while also giving you more time to develope a board, whereas Barista requires you to already have some sort of decent Board-state beforehand.
Thank you for the comment and sorry about my late response :)
Does no one realise that magic carpet will work with pogo hopper after buff could lead to insane combos and the need for shark tooth blade
See, my deck has a different approach to this kind of issue, mainly the double sunfurys which have way better synergy with bounce cards than carpet does. Also, the earlier your pogos become big, the more likely it is that your opponent will have to deal with YOUR minions, instead of the other way around. Also its not like "no one realises" the fact that carpet is a card, in fact it has been debated over quite a lot in different posts on this website.
