This is a cool card entire deck could be built around, if silenced we have floop +2x faceless manipulator or even gloop sprayer, maybe comeback of ancient of lore for extra resummon?
I might not have been 100% clear. My biggest concern/question is that I only see late game win conditions for priest (standard) but that with the one remaining board clear we will not be able to reach that stage consistently.
My question would be if people see another direction for priest and/or if my concerns are not valid at all (and yes we don't know all the cards meta yet so it's more contemplating about this with the current information we have).
I'd actually argue that this effect is better than monk since it can't be removed or traded into. I still don't think it'll see much play, but maybe if a powerful targeted burn deck emerges (for example if malygos rogue is strong) then this will see some play
I fell like Paladin, Rouge and Warrior are the only classes getting potential meta defining deck archetypes from this expansion. I am personally very excited for the Paladin secret cards, also bomb warrior and thief rouge look very promising. Everything else looks like filler to me. However, I am 100% sure that people smarter then I am will come up with some very cool new decks for the other classes from this expansion. Can't wait to cut and paste all their hard work!
We had Kobold Monk with better effect, 1 mana more expensive, equally good statline. Wasn't played, so this girl propably will not be played too. Good arena card tho.
Is this a new tool for Exodia Mage ? its cheaper than Moltan Reflections!
I like it !
Sorry man, I don't think it works like that. Its not two copies of the minion, it's two random minions of the same cost. Unless I'm missing something it doesn't exodia.
In general, I cautiously like the card. If we have mage decks that want to play a lot of minions, the basic plan of attack large guy into an enemy, killing them and leaving you at low health, then trade this for two new guys is probably good enough to play a copy, combined with the corner case of kill a large taunt and replace it with two large not taunts.
I see heavy potential with Khadgar and meme potential with Kel'Thuzad in Wild. I am really excited for this new expansion now. At first the new cards looked kinda meh, like lazy reprints, but now I'm feeling the hype and am looking forward to a fresh meta starting 9th April!
OMG ! Dragon's roar is already being buffed because we are getting two big dragons, Kalegcos and Nozari. Now Discover Mech effects are getting buffed a lot too ! Oblivitron, Hecklebot, Omega Devastator and now this !
This card fits really well with Egg-type cards and Khadgar, just imagine a 4/5 yeti being turned into 4 on turn 5 (turn 4: Yeti. Turn 5: Khadgar + Conjurer's Calling). I do think it's strong with Khadgar but most often than not I also see it being as a 1-time thing since your opponent would very likely kill khadgar. It also looks pretty good without the shenanigans..
I was excited for this card in control warlock. when you start to run out of options, you just slam this guy down and now you have a deck full (mostly) of very impact full minions.
but now we have Archivist Elysiana, so I dont know if I will be crafting this guy after all.

Any ideas when we might get that new legendary card?
They will probably confirm later today during or at the end of the reveal stream
Which direction for priest after rotation?

Aranasi Broodmother
It can sometimes cause tap to restore 2 health instead of taking 2.
Also I wouldn't underestimate demon taunt minion.

Seems like a fun card at the very least
Warrior looking down this expansion
Yup. If you ignore the fact that Bomb Warrior is probably not going to work, that still leaves Rush, Control and possibly Recruit.
Warrior fast became my favourite Class over the last year or so, with Recruit and Rush Archetypes finding permanent homes in my Decklist.
I wouldn't despair just yet OP. Things are looking OK for Garrosh and Magni at this time.
