Same thing applies to Crusade, which as a word can absolutely be a neutral term, but when the card it's used on features a bunch of Knights Hospitaller front and center in its art well, that neutrality is lost because it's now a specific reference to the historical event.
I could see Battlefiend becoming "Battlecry: If your hero attacked this turn gain +1 attack" and keep the stat line and mana cost. It feels like any change to those would completely dumpster the card, though im also pretty okay with doing just that
i think at some point it was mentioned that the random brawl decks were using the same system the autocomplete function in the deck builder does, which does take into account card synergies to some extent when generating a deck. So yeah, as of a few patches ago brawl decks have definitely gotten at least a bit more consistent than they used to
it seems pretty significant. It means the combos with Breeder and Barista are harder to pull off, you can no longer play 3 Scions in one turn and, most importantly, it eliminates the Galakrond + Scion swing turns

i normally dust all the golden cards i open but i kept this one around exactly for this reason
