I guess we should evaluate this card with the entire Soul Fragment mechanic. If the mechanic is good, it might be played, but from what streamers have said so far, it's better having the soul fragments in your deck to help along with the quest
I'm optimistic about this card. Maybe that deathrattle beast hunter blizzard tried to push back in AoO might be viable now? Least there's always priest if that fails xD and we may be lucky to get a broken deathrattle in the future
Keen to see the potential OTK combos that can come out of this weapon, but as always, if there's an oppressive weapon deck out there, there will always be ooze to counter it
Blizzard has been trying to push spell damage since Master of Ceremonies back in TGT, maybe, just maybe, these dual class cards + the neutrals might make a viable deck.
This card has the same requirement as Nethrandamus as in, it needs to be sitting in your hand for a long time to gain any value, so top decking this is automatically bad, but not as bad as the dragon, and the taunt will be welcomed if you taking heavy pressure
I said this before when the card was initially released, this effect doesn't deserve to be on a legendary and this is probably the worst legendary of the lot.
I honestly think ppl will try out the spell damage decks purely due to this card. And also coz Blizz changed both Shaman and Mage deck recipes to be spell damage orientated xD
The default Nether Breath for the possible soul fragment decks. I think Warlock will be stronger than DH though

Maybe this card is played in a super control Priest or something, but I don't see it having too much value, except off a random evolve/devolve.

Pitty they wasted Spellburst on a pack filler, but shaman won't be sad when he evolved into this at least
