I think it's one of the best Galakrond cards. It seems easy to invoke and the rush minions are very useful. You could make a cool deck around him. You can go with overload decks or battlecry decks. Seems pretty fun to play.
I don't think it'll see many play. Maybe you play it with Embiggen in a kind of big Druid deck? But I don't think it'll be played. It's a good arena card though.
It seems to be pushing the Pirate deck with Cannon Barrage but you can also look at the card as generating combo activators. I think it'll be played that way.
Every time you play it on curve you'll kill a minion. It also could remove larger minions mid game. A great card to play in decks with Valdris Felgorge. Also a great addition for Warlock in general.

Only increasing the cost of the hero power 1 mana it's not good enough. I don't think any deck will run this card. It's OK for Arena
