2 mana 3/2 taunt has never felt good for tempo
And you're paying a large premium to double that?
No thanks, only worth if handbuffed AND corpse'd
Feels kind of jank this doesn't work full board like Spirit Lash.
We are given this uplifting ghoul, and it doesn't even benefit cleric combos.
Even unstable ghoul had dual-function.
Considering Druid had the same card with one extra health for twice the mana,
I'd say this is easily gonna slot for silence priest.
The question now is which people are still running minion heavy priest.
2 mana...and you already need a body on board,
for a random target...under 5 mana?
This feels like a dud in most instances.
No longer are the days of 1 mana, gain 1 random
Or 2 mana discover 1...Now, we witness the pay 2 discover 2 while running on fumes.
Cannot see this ever being bad outside hyper aggro OR combo.
Not a good answer to Dr. Boom.
Proof that Doctor 7 remains the best tempo play for aggro decks.
I guess you can run 2 of these, but the boom bots are great mitigaters.
I'm very much confused why you would want this to in the newest handbuff DK
Then i remember that they did this to keep if from an effective reload effect.
You either buff this as a midgame threat, or force early to control the board.
Looks like they are trying to move the handbuff synergy from BBB DK to BUU DK
This is obviously the right move in keeping the strong removal to Full Blood.
While the BUU DKs will have new pieces to compound the plague DK infestation.
Cycle and/or removal buffs.
This looks to be the new win condition of druid in the new expansion.
Get to the spells you need, then burst your opponent down after exhausting their removal.
Another reason to fear leaving a 1/1 on a paladin's side of the board.
And now that same card is going to debuff your greatest threat to a wisp.
It's like paladin is best equipped to fail against other paladins xD
Um...where's the boom?
I'm paying an extra mana, and no explosions?
Not even mech destruction or combustion?!?
The real reason we see these kind of cards as weak?
Low board presence.
But also, the cost is so high...I cannot imagine putting this is felwing DH, trent druid, or hound hunter.
Way to slow, even on turn 1.
Won't see play outside hound hunter.
Don't see how people were getting mad at this point to p2w.
More mad this dilutes the Zombeast pool.
Why wouldn't you put this in your deck?
A Flame Imp & 13/13 deathwing? Yes, please.
No way this won't solidify Dragon Priest in standard.
Keyword: random,
I don't see this finding a home even in burn rogue.
Most the time this will be a 5 mana summon 2 four's.
We already have a weapon that helps fill the board with hounds.
There's no way this card doesn't find the value it's looking for, sooner NOR later.
Easily 5 stars.
I'm with Suchti on this one, pure armor cards have never been good w/o at least tradeable.
This will sit in your hand most times to make up for early damage that never comes.
Interesting that they chose the three wicks to represent arcane, frost, & fire despite flavor only.
I can't see this being bad unless going against enrage warrior.
And mage loves 2 damage pings *eye roll*
Haven't seen swarm Hunter in quite some time and it's too early to say this is gonna tip the scales.
This will be annoying to deal with as it's like segmented Muster for Battle.
But, for that very reason, this card only makes good tempo as an early draw AND can be inhibited by taunts.
This is crazy tempo against midrange like Loatheb & Worgen Greaser
But most players will be holding this to take out giants, big beasts, & elemental cannons
I don't see why you WOULDNT put this in your deck outside of an unhealthy meta of reactive playstyle.
