On most occasions you would want the cards from your deck rather than a random Legendary, so this card will not see play in constructed. But in Arena it looks super strong :o

It's a solid, albeit slow card that's definitively viable. I'm really interested in making a Dragon Highlander Mage, which currently looks the the primary class for that archetype. This might be too slow for Hunter.

A sort of [card]War Master Voone[/card] in getting more value from your Dragons. Might see play in value-based Dragon decks.
Seems a bit weak. There are a lot of Dragons that are too weak for this to be consistently good. [card]Mechano-Egg[/card] for example always gives an 8/8 so it's more reliable. I don't think this card will see play.
