Seems like [card]Varian, King of Stormwind[/card] is not counting toward the achievement. I got it when I opened packs early and it allows me to disenchant it for full dust for some reason.

This card will be very good in every mage deck. It will be especially good in tempo mage as destroying an enemy minion and summoning two for you is pretty high in tempo for three mana.
