Awesome article. Really great how you cover the strengths and weaknesses of each deck.
The particular nerfs they chose to apply to Nasus Thresh made me sad. Not because I play Nasus Thresh, but because both nerfs hurt my old favorite, the good ol' They Who Endure archetype. I haven't tried it since the patch, but I'm sure it would struggle mightily now. C'est la vie.
I think that's pretty neat. They learned from experiencing Hearthstone. And now I think they're outpacing Hearthstone by quite a bit. It can be good to come to the kind of realization that "we can do better".
This is my first exposure to Pentakill. The song above is decent. Ultimately, I care only slightly more than I did about K/DA: I'm not opposed to it, and I'm glad to have an event I don't feel the need to spend money on.

Chip seems like a good add. What did you take out?
Cool. I'll check it out.
Wow, Spiral Stairs is slow.
Rockfall Path creates an interesting quandary for the opponent to have to play around, though.
Zilean seems fun.
Soothsayer seems busted.
So does Chronoshift, kind of, but at least its expensive. A slightly worse Unyielding Spirit for one less mana.
EDIT: Though, it's also Burst, so maybe it's better than Unyielding.

Taliyah should appreciate the support.
And as a bonus for me, never having played LoL, I have no reason NOT to be excited for new Champs.
I've been preferring to get my prismatics on units, but I was offered three spells today.
Feel The Rush, it is.
Got an Icevale Archer.

Fun. Happy Anniversary, LoR.
Those look like positive changes. I never thought Spellshield was bad, but this looks better.
There is no way you should definitively know what's in your opponent's deck before they play it. I can't believe some people think that's okay.
I keep forgetting to claim these, despite the hàndy reminders here.
Shows how much I "need" them, I guess!
No Kindred? No Azir and Lucian? No Trundle and Lissandra?
Color me (pleasantly) surprised.
Played with dragons a bit when the expansion landed, but not since the Shyvana change. Looking forward to trying this one.
Won my first match against a mono-Demacia Jarvan IV deck, without even drawing a Champion.
(I got lucky enough to go first and he had no turn 1 play; I think it's as simple as that.)
I really like playing these games, but I'm a lousy deckbuilder. These tips are appreciated, thank you!
It's a pretty sweet one.
