these "designers" as you call them, know exactly what the next base set is going to look like and what next 3 expansions are going to look like
in 2 months we will have a completely different meta, just because a card doesn't fit into any decks right now doesn't mean it won't see play for the next year and 2 months
both Kibler and some people say that if you have no other minions in your deck then this will trigger, but it says on the card that all your minions in your deck have to be dragons for the effect to trigger
so (and please correct me if I'm wrong or show me an example of a similar mechanic on another card) if you don't have any other minions in your deck then none of them are dragons
soooo.... I'd assume the effect won't trigger
and that would also then mean that you have to draw this before you draw all other dragons from your deck which in turn would make this effect kinda wonky at times
edit: ok, now I read the other post with clarification from Cora saying that it will in fact trigger, I guess the only wonky thing here is the wording
it felt like that from the start, that BGs will be a space to test new mechanics, with how easy they can just enable and disable heroes
we got multiple targeting, now this, and there is probably even more stuff they have tested in the background that made it to constructed that we don't even know about
for anyone wondering what this is for, it's for random mechanics that involve some kind of evolution effects or random summoning minions to have a chance of screwing the person casting the spell
at least that's my theory on why do they actually print these cards that everybody knows from the start won't see any play otherwise

it still baffles me how they thought that removing some of the stats was a good idea
total wins - yes I know we can still see wins for each class, but would be nice to be able to see a total number without having to add all those myself
total arena wins - this one I will never understand, replacing your total wins with the max wins you achieved is the dumbest idea ever, some people have over 10k arena wins and all they see now is 12 -_-

I hope that at least your realise that people that do actually buy those bundles are the ones who are keeping the game alive
also thanks to those bundles selling well they can keep making pack preorder pack bundles contain more packs and legendaries and whatnot
if people weren't paying there wouldn't be a game for you to play
I would also think(and hope) the same will happen with Tradeable, it literally begs to be an evergreen mechanic too.
I would say 15 seconds a turn will be quite quick to finish :P
well, they release the new expansions in the morning in their time zone
probs mainly to not have to deal with the issues outside of their working hours, so hopefully they didn't have to do overtime to fix this
