well, no one calls them achievements for a reason, they are called unique(hidden) quests because they award gold or packs or w/e
and again that's exactly to be in line with other blizz games, quests in d3 or wow award xp and/or gold and/or items and the word achievements is reserved for just a point based system which sole purpose is bragging rights
I know what you mean though, that some of these quests do feel like achievements as they require certain conditions to be met, but then again, they feel more grindy rather than requiring a specific scenario to happen which feels more like an actual achievement
hearthstone never had achievements, only daily quests, and those stay in the game and will in fact give xp for the new progression system
as for achievements presented here, I would assume that like in other blizz games (d3, wow), achievement points are just a measure of how many have you unlocked and nothing else
from my past observations they do follow the no duplicate rule, so the 2 legendaries you will get from the bundle will be the ones you have not yet opened from packs
huh, I'm usually a very calm, collected player, dont give a shit about anything, just play my meme decks or whatever
but over last few months whenever I played against a res priest that managed to get CI on turn 4 or 5 I felt like punching a wall, as from that point forward you're basically unable to play your deck, every turn after you kill CI they get the next one, and next one, and next one with reborn, and then a few more
I know that there are decks that can win against it, and easily, but a lot of other decks just dont stand the chance and I really wish this card never existed
from what I see they don't show the ranks of your opponents anymore, and while you still have bonus stars active you might as well be playing players at legend rank while being bronze 10, so this answers your 3rd point as well, because you can't see your opponent's rank it won't look weird when you're playing high ranked players
mmr has always been calculated but only used when determining your place in legend once you got there(someone correct me here if I'm forgetting something)
really? I saw the difference right away, for the last 3-4 months I was getting only 60g quests, srsly I dont think I've seen a single 50g one and after last patch all of a sudden I started getting only 50g ones and rerolling only produced other 50g quests
y'shaarj gives you only the cards you've played so no mystery here
I would think that it just counts if all of the summoned ones die
so if you have 4 spaces on the board, you summon 4 tokens and they all die you get another 4
at least I hope it works that way and not only when played on an empty board

the rewards will be exactly the same as in arena
I think the sets will keep rotating from season to season, not sure how long those will be though
so this season is very wild, next might be purely standard
what is the reward for doing this?
the first run has never been free in heroic brawliseum
yep, I remember reading some time ago that indeed it does
basically every type of card pack has it's own pity timer and first 10 pack leg timer, be it golden pack, mage pack or a standard pack
they don't of course, they are separate thing
but
from my past observations they do follow the no duplicate rule, so the 2 legendaries you will get from the bundle will be the ones you have not yet opened from packs
I just wish the golden animations were more prominent
When I randomly saw a Gwent stream those animations in hand and on the board looked great, much more visible
In HS it's much easier to miss them or they just don't stand out in your hand or on the board as much
Close, but I'd actually say it was "Sorry", became so oppressive they had to remove it.
well, if there is an 8/8 and 4/12 anywhere(!) on the board you get 8/12
this will be great in arena(although not sure if anyone still plays that mode ;) )

I think what he meant is that when you shuffle anything into your deck the deck then reshuffles.
But maybe for the purpose of this card the game will remember what cards have been put on the bottom and will keep them there
so?
1 pack is on average 40 dust, times 5 that gives you 200 dust already with potential for more
7 rares are worth 20 dust each - 140 dust
1 epic is 100 dust
this is already more than 400 dust a golden epic would give you
yes, I think it's deliberate so that it won't look weird when you're bronze 10 but playing people at legend for example

yep, much easier and faster than drawing 30 cards or using your hero power 20 times
