Really hard to evaluate card like this, in a vaccuum, without seeing the real pool of Deathrattle for the next meta. So far, very little value or use for DH of such a card, but let's keep an open mind, time will tell ..!

That was my thought also ; fun and interesting to at least give it a shot, but a tad slow. I mean, Jan'alai wasn't a quick early set-up either, and this one is even larger, with an interesting twist tho
Edit: I also just noticed Reckless Apprentice, which seems to indicate that Hero Power mage is on the menu!!
It always throws me off the way the rewording works ; if it is outcast, it cost (1), yet it can get discounted to (0) if drawn with Skull of Gul'Dan, unless it is sitting outcast in your hand, then its cost is back to (1) ..!
I grew up in Qc and can confirm ; Quebec is always the (annoying) exception, throughout the country. There's always a legislative nuance when it comes to that french speaking province - which is also the only reason as to why Canada has 2 official languages.

I like how impactful the battlecry is.
A+ for creativity so far with out of bound effects
This may mean that Mordresh Fire Eye doesn't have to be so freaking slow - I'm excited for that Hero Power Mage :D
