Not really having super strong feelings about this card either way. Obviously it's a retooling of C[Hearthstone Card (abal Shadow Priest) Not Found], but I have no clue it it will end up as a powercreep, lesser version, or effectively the same thing.
Not a fan either. Kind of feel a little too win-more and/or situational to be really useful. Still prefer Shadow Madness over this one
Honestly, I don't know how good this card is. It is really a "win more" card. If you are ahead of the board then play this guy and you stay ahead on the board. If you are behind then I guess you could use rush minions, but then you are only effecting one or two things in which case you may as well be running Deathspeaker.
I was having a very different lecture of that card - on the higher end of the hype - until I read your realistic comment. It still seems strong, but not as game breaking as I was initially assuming.
Wild Quest Mage just got even more broken. Cool. Pls cap Sorcerer's Apprentice reduction to "no less than 1 mana". And do the same with Mechwarper , while we at it.
Any aggressive list would looooove to exchange their death card(s) for 4 new options : A) Your hand can be as little as you please when played, but most importantly ; B) It mess with your opponent game's plan ^^
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. As for Freeze Mage, I'm sure it isn't the only option available out there, that was just my first take on how to defeat Galakrond. I haven't really looked back since. I would have to look into it to see what other options are viable. Mech'Thun Priest seems a tad too slow against such a beast. Have you considered its Warlock variant?

Draw 5 cards for (1) mana is craaaazy. At leas it isn't permanent, so there is that, making it balanced, I guess.
Do I think the weapon is good ? Not really
But do I think adding a neutral weapon is a great innovation ? YES

Geeez ... 8 Health is sticky for a mage minion that can be deployed reasonably early
Good comparison - decent cost - but I guess I had higher expectation for their shared weaponry
Could this give Totem-Shamy the push it needed to be more than just a meme - constantly revived but poorly tooled - in standard ?

Illidan really needed a board clear of some sort. This (7) mana addition to his cards pool will surely come in handy.
