Well, this is a step forward compared to the card this guy has been reprinted from. Same effect with minor cost is always appreciated.
Cobra Shot never saw play because of the 5 mana cost, but now the situation could be different at 2 mana.
By the cards revealed until now, this loses value since there isn't a lot of good cards to make a Dragon Hunter IMHO...
Don't know if this is worth a slot in a deck... It's not even this good when casted by Zul'jin...
Interesting mechanic, but still I think that Mad Scientist is better.

The stats of this guy are insane! This would be cool even in a not-dragon druid.
Remember that Wild Growth was nerfed to 3 mana? This should be enough to understand how powerful this card is.
I don't like this card very much, the only use I can think of is with Gonk, the Raptor
