Shaman might actually be able to make better use of this than Mage, they can hero power some spell damage. But this is a good card, I think. Despicable Dreadlord only had 5 health and could survive a turn.
It's flexible removal, I think this goes into Highlander Mage.

And then Priest brings out Mind Control.
It's a good effect at a low cost. It actually gets better when it's only one or two minions on board.
Better than Babbling Book, except on turn 1.
It's card draw in a not too weak body given the cost. I think this will see some use.
I just think all the ghost cards are too slow.
Not as great as Azure Drake, all the more because it does not have the dragon tag.
I'm betting this is going to allow for some disgusting turns.
