Try VICTOR/APHELIOS - it was strong back then and is even stronger right now. Also VICTOR/ZILEAN as TIME BOMBS are created and you clone important cards with LVL 2 ZILEAN.
Which EKKO builds are "hot" right now? Which ones worked for you? I find it "hard" to play with EKKO. The concept works and is strong but besides some "high roll fun" most of my Ws really needed to be earned and were clutch as f****.
BBG is also a committed "EKKO player" now but struggles a lot to find the right balance. Like "is it KAHIRI or RUIN RUNNER?", "is it SIVIR?", "DROPBOARDER or not?", "ITERATIVE IMPROVEMENT or just a nice 3drop?"
The META is still yound and so far no one has really find that one recipe "to rule them all"? What do you guys play?

Nice try - I was very happy with the buffs too and I will give it a shot. I hope APHELIOS builds can be strong enough for at least Tier2. I will also try VICTOR/APHELIOS and APHELIOS/YASUO again with GLORIOUS EVOLUTION. Depending on the META people may decide to drop the likes of IRELIA/AZIR and we see a more diverse and MID RANGE oriented ladder again?

I see this card very positive and I think it has its place as 1x or 2x. Besides an "overwhelming burst" option that may suprise or finishes off enemys, there are a few things in my mind:
- Arrel the Tracker - Riven +10 - Sivir/LeBlanc - Flurry of Fistst - Ghost/Elusive - Syncopation
And as a counter to Frostbite, and Spiders/-Attack such as Quicksand or Scrying Sands.

Playing CCG since the releas of the first Pokemon cards and the rise of the Yugi franchise, I totally agree. (Yes I am that old) LoR is a fantastic game and has merged everything I would love about a CCG together.

I just saw that all boats like Leviathan or The Syren got a change from "summon" to "play". I am just a casual but I play Swain really a lot so I wondered how much impact that has.
Can someone can explain to me the decisive difference or give some examples of why that matters?
THX
EDIT: Is it maybe that a "play" is faster than a "summon" and you e.g. get a Swain just for "playing" the Leviathan instead of having it "fully summoned" to the board?

To discover effects or to choose from two options (thoughtfull decision making that can be handled/answered) is not the same as getting just all the right cards from "Discover" mechanics or winning a game that was lost by things like Box of Pandorra or all of the Priest cards that just steal the best cards needed.

I left Hearthstone for Runeterra and had exactly the same thought. I had so much fun with LoR but after playing against invoke cards I had some bad memorys come back. I hate greedy Hearthstone/Blizzard and it would be horrifiying to experience LoR shifting to a cheap copy of their dumb and numb overpower amusement and RNG shit....

LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Sounds interesting - any deck code?
With the new expansion I started to focus on EKKO builds.
This is my most conistent and enjoyable list so far:

Cant wait to play YASUO/EKKO with Flurry of Fists.
Good example.

I trashed HS because they force me to play meta or nothing at all.
And you could even more talk about Blizzard i.g.
LOR was different. But for a while now I am concerned.
I agree on the Ezreal nerf - I dont understand why they nerfed him.
And your second point also - I think both cards have a high skill cap.
A totally mindless video with no content or info....
I just wasted 40 sec of my life.. ;-)
