When you need to play pirates on the quest, this pirate gives you even more pirates faster. So it will just be an autoinclude in the quest deck.
Excelent for aggresive pirate decks.
Not dr booms schemes levels of bad, but way too slow for me.
Great for cleaning the board without casualties.
