This portrait looks mo cooler than the one in Standard that Kibler was playing. Not sure why they insist on the "hunched over" look that several portraits have.
Instead of queuing, you will have to run around and find someone to play against. If you can't find anyone you can kill boars in the forest or gather herbs.
With blood elves and demon shenanigans possibly going on, maybe they will also make Illidan Stormrage playable as well. Or a new card. He's too cool to be forever relegated to a Power of Creation summons.
For whatever reason, I was having a pretty hard time beating Heroic Togwaggle, so I thought it might be fun to mess with him using Grizzled Wizard and Sir Finley Mrrgglton. Turns out that Grizzled Wizard is even worse than a meme, because it didn't work. I sat there thinking the game was delayed, but alas, the functionality was broken.
I ended up beating him anyway (thank you Kobold Stickyfinger) but it still made me sad.
Priest should have received a good board clear when Mind Blast was ripped away. Mass Hysteria is a tremendous loss.
Personally, I’m going to miss Hakkar, the Soulflayer the most from this set. I would always load up any list that utilized him. It was so satisfying to watch my opponent drown in Corrupted Blood. Or maybe I’m just sadistic. Either way, I’ll miss you buddy.
Godfrey is the best legendary that Warlock has received in a long time, and it's just a fun board clear to carry on the Defile theme.
And Zilliax is one of the best designed cards that they've ever come up with. The fact that it's been an auto-include for so long, without needing any kind of nerf, and never really felt bad to play against - they totally hit the sweet spot with this one. Unity, Precision, Perfection.

Reduce the cost or something, man. Otherwise this is a pointless cosmetic update. Even flipping the body to a 5/7 would be an improvement.

I tried it and it can definitely turn around some games. If you're able to stick a Grave Rune on there, your opponent may as well concede.

He's cool and all, but I think Sylvanas is the only portrait I'll ever pay for. She used her Forsaken mind tricks to make me do it.
Plus it was such a relief to replace dopey Rexxar, whereas I don't mind Jaina.
