Maiev Shadowsong is going to be the most useful since it's neutral, and as mentioned, it has two years of life in Standard.
But Flik Skyshiv is imperative to most Rogue decks, so if you prioritize Rogue, it's certainly not a bad choice.
As to the Deathrattle card, I assume you are talking about Primes. That depends on the class you like really. I have Akama, and he seems good, though I haven't played a lot of Rogue yet.
I mean a lot of combo decks are supported by "accident". Stuff like Holy Wrath pally, Shudderwock Shaman, Topsy priest aren't things they ever saw coming, at least they didn't see them being real decks coming. Sometimes they print cards that have clear combo implications but they don't support it as hard as control/aggro. It's rare you see a card like Mechathun, and they're usually bad (Hakkar).

Yeah this one looks super fun. Nice to be able to control which demons resurrect as opposed to Galakrond's randomness, which always gives me pathetic little imps.
I put him into a Holy Wrath Pally for funzies, but sadly haven't run into a Control Warrior since then. At least he knocks off a little Galakrond armor from other classes :)
When a minion goes Dormant, it will lose any buffs it had on it. When it reawakens it'll be a base copy of the minion.
I was asking around about this, and someone said that a developer confirmed that it does not lose buffs. Also, apparently it was tested in Boarcontrol's stream and the minion also did not lose buffs.
