For somebody who doesn't know the lore. Which are the regions for each one? Irelia is from Ionia but not able to find about the other ones. Zilean from Demacia? Malphite from Noxus?

The main issue here is filling your side of the board so until you clean it (maybe with more Murlocs with rush/charge?) you have a cap on 6 damage. Anyway is a strong way to do some aoe and filling your side of the board having a huge comeback if the game is going hard for you.

We wrote the same more or less at the same time about Sigil of Misery but I spent too much time looking for the name on wiki xD

Card has an amazing effect but in my opinion seems a little bit "expensive" being legendary. Of course if it was an epic card having two of them in your deck will be an op card but anyway I think that the card itself is pretty expensive if we speak about a legendary card spot in hunter.

For Sigil of Misery could be fine if they make something like all the minions run out in fear and "At the start of your turn all minions attack another random minion", something similar as we seen in [card]Mass Hysteria[/card].
