Once you have all normal legendaries in a set, the next one is going to be a golden one. Once you have all normal and all golden for a given set, you start getting duplicates.
As for your drops, Brightwing is a decent deck filler, which can sometimes give you an edge, while Ysera is powerful but generally too slow for what is the usual pace of the game: you can basically never profit from her power, because the match is typically already over or sealed by then, and/or she's too easily remove (at least in r20+ meta, not sure at lower ranks).

I only had two legendaries to dust, so I crafted Corrupt the Waters and Dinotamer Brann. both of these are legendaries I have wanted since the expansion released, and they aren't bad.
i'll be honest, all of those legendaries you have listed as your third option are pretty bad. you probably know that and just want to craft them for fun. I think either yogg saron, or old murkeye. yogg is a build around card and you will be able to play a bunch of decks you could never play otherwise, old murkeye is just a good card in any murloc deck. the other ones mostly seem like just random niche cards that you could easily play without.

Maybe Corrupt the Waters, because condition is a non-condition, and reward is basically universal for any deck. And powerful.
All the other cards you mentioned have important or even major vulnerabilities that rule them out of 'safety', even if they may turn out to be very good, as i think it is the case for Activate the Obelisk.
Zephrys the Great is granted fun, that's for sure. Yet again, Highlander is not 'safe' right now.

I just wanted to check whether this is completely useless or I'm missing something. Could work with Shaman Spellstones but 1) it's not even enough damage for an OTK and 2) it requires Thaurissan. Resurrect Priest maybe? Meat Wagon? It seems interesting though if any new cards give it support outside combo decks.

Shadowfiend is still consistently played in some priest decks, it's a solid 3 drop, just not very competitive since there are better 3 drops
