It's sentences like these that make me itch all over. These meaningless, empty phrases that only sound good to CEO's and their like.
Make the hero power/Invoke Galakrond's Fury summon a 1/1 with Rush instead of a 2/1.
Make Galakrond, the Tempest's Battlecry summon 1, 2 and 4 4/4's with Rush, instead of 2 2/2, 4/4 or 8/8's with Rush.
This would also balance the Corrupt Elementalist as it will have much lower impact when played. Faceless Corruptor should only be nerfed if the data shows it's a problem in multiple classes. It's not just Shaman that benefits here and shouldn't be included in a nerf that tries to rebalance Shaman's power level.
Finally, Mogu Fleshshaper is just a dumb card in my opinion and shouldn't exist in the first place. They could consider Hall of Faming it with the next rotation or just nerf it into oblivion, by changing its cost to 12 or having the cost reduction only look at Friendly minions.
Shouldn't the text say "only damage enemy minions" instead of "only damage enemies"? The way it's worded suggests that it's either a Volcanic Potion, or a Consecration; which is weird.
But Plague of Murlocs is odd-costed, and can't therefore be played in the most popular Shaman deck.
Also, like I said, this card might be better than Devolve against Big Priest, but not every match you play will be against Big Priest. In lots of matchups youd be a lot better off with Devolve (like Odd Paladin, Murloc Shaman, Odd Rogue etc etc).
Against Big Priest, I doubt that Plague of Murlocs will overtake Devolve as the go-to option. But that's mainly because the most popular Shaman deck is Even Shaman and they get a bunch of support with the new 0-mana spell.
Also: Plague of Murlocs is only really good against Big Priest, while Devolve is strictly better against aggro decks like Odd Paladin.
That may be, but the Lifedrinkers come down four turns earlier, help complete the quest, pressure the opponent and synergize with Shudderwock. I'd definitely swap them.
Would the combo work with 6 dormant creatures and you playing a single Mogu Cultist? That would be awesome, as it enables you to play it again if the first Ra dies.

Here is my take on Bomb Warrior. I feel your list is clunky and trying too many things.
There's probably more room to optimize it.
Is it just me, or is the iOS client still not updated? My phone still shows Hearthstone version 16.0.38203 in the app store.

I see quite a few suggested nerfs that would completely kill Shaman altogether mentioned here. Surely that can't be the point.

The card Ysera, Unleashed will add duplicates to your deck. It's a dead card until quite late in the game.

I'd swap the Woodcutter's Axes for Livewire Lances in a heartbeat. I think I'd also try to include an extra Town Crier and Rush minion; probably in the place of these weird Bone Wraith's.
I think this deck also needs Eternium Rover.
