The nerfs to Dragonqueen Alex and the genie guy I have to assume is more for highlander hunter. Mage will just get shot down in the crossfire as usual.
Dragoncaster i can see being an issue, probably can be changed to “reduce the cost of your next spell by X” for some value of X. But the combination of all of the above will bury highlander mage unfairly.
When the new ranking system came to be, I was awarded the 6 stars bonus due to my rank. I played through that month and the bonus disappeared when I reached gold 5. I finished that month on that floor (gold 7 or 8) and for this past month again I got 6 stars bonus. Now here I thought that these bonuses were tied to the max floor you reached, so I made an effort and made it to platinum 9 this past season, but today I got again 6 bonus stars. What is the formula for these bonus stars?
Hmm, so if you have a full collection and want a specific epic or legendary in golden, you could take a chance and disenchant the regular before opening the packs and if you happen to get an epic/legendary it is guaranteed to be the one you disenchanted (of course there is a chance you won't get any and you are out some dust). Does that sound correct?
Maybe. To me the issue is not the amount of damage or how it is distributed (even if it goes face), but the fact that it repeats each turn. Compare this card to Cloud Prince, which is similarly stated (relatively, paying an extra mana above vanilla stats), but the effect is a battlecry (use once) AND conditional. The effect on the priestess is not affected if you happen to summon it instead of playing it.
The Priestess of Fury nerf is not enough. The real fix should be to change the text to only target enemy minions (don't go face) or make the effect a battlecry (trigger only once).

And that is a big issue. Blizzard needs to start looking at real nerfs, not cosmetic ones. I believe they did make the class OP on purpose to get people to play it. It is their new baby and they refuse to bring it under control.
About Demon Hunter, to quote a certain movie, I have a bad feeling about this... I think we will see nerfs incoming in the first two weeks, mainly due to the hero power.
Today? Is it too late to craft the golden versions to get refund? I hope so, is there somewhere posted the timeline of when things like this are happening (rotation, expansion, etc)?

DQ Alex has not been able to spawn herself for a few months now, that was nerfed earlier this year.

Always quick and easy with Mage in this type of brawls, today went with:
Sorcerer's Apprentice, Frostbolt, Primordial Glyph and Flamewaker
opponent banned the flamewaker but not matter, game was over by turn 4.
