It's [card]Twisting Nether[/card] but with a silence effect. Which makes it better because Deathrattle and Reborn effects won't activate then. 9 mana is steep but it guarentees the board will be completely cleared.
An better Yogg mainly due to it not ending when it dies because it's a spell and not a minion. While there is a cap, 10 spells is still plenty. Might see play at 1 as a last resort option …
