The fact this is only damage to enemy minions seems quite strong. [card]Duskbreaker [/card] was always tricky because of how it damaged your minions too.

Unclear what bucket of cards it selects from. I think to work the best, it would select the wrong choices from cards that are in your opponents deck, but not their hand.

Being able to run two copies of this seems like a incredibly powerful effect.

This seems like such a strong effect. Particularly paired with Shadow Word: Pain in the late game.

It seems like 30% of every card in this expansion is going to have a dragon trigger on it....
