For a legendary the effect seems rather lackluster, no doubt that the effect can be strong in some cases but overall I think use cases are too limited for this card to really take off.
With the right DR cards this is absolutely nuts. That is potentially a lot os stats summoned along with strong DR effects and deck thinning on top of it.

It has some soft taunt capabilty and might impair minion-heavy decks a bit, but overall this seems too conditional and weak
