well it is kinda meh if not corrupted, so outside of heavy elemental deck I don't see this. As such situational.
Finally easy way to enable side quest. But Really depends on whether particular type of deck works in constructed, in arena it is just good
So now we have 4 cards that summon Huffer, so with 2 copies per deck we can feel the board with Huffers!
On a more serious note it is a decent secret in swarmy hunters, so I can see it maybe.
