The community has been hard at work theorycrafting decks for today's launch of Call of the Mountain. We were curious which Champions were the most popular with everyone so we pulled out our calculators!
Have you entered your Runeterra Collection into the site to make it easier to see how expensive decks are? Details in our dedicated post here!
A Home Run - Aurelion Sol
The "space dargon" [sic] has everyone going wild! We saw his deck inclusion count begin to skyrocket as soon as he was entered into the database so there is no surprise that he makes the top cut with being included in 812 decks!
If you're looking for some decks with Aurelion Sol, you can head on over to his card page or find them in our deck database.
Moon and Sun - Diana and Leona
It is extremely fitting that these two come up next in the world of popular Champions! Diana and Leona have 515 and 632 decks on the site respectively, just a hair above Taric.
If you're looking for Leona decks, you're in luck. Find some hot ones over on her card page or in our deck database.
If you're looking for Diana decks, you're covered too! Find some great decks over on her card page or in our deck database.
This is Truly Outrageous - Taric
So close! Taric was 1 deck away from tying with Diana which means it could have been a very different story above without much effort. I swear this wasn't planned! At 514 decks, Taric remains confidently at the top of class popularity.
If you are looking to experiment with our gem-loving friend, you can find the hottest decks easily on his card page or more in our deck database.
The Bottom - Lulu, Trundle, and Nocturne
Just as there was a huge jump between first place and second, although it isn't quite as crazy, after Taric, things do take a bit of a dive.
- Lulu - 435 Decks (Find Lulu Decks)
- Trundle - 419 Decks (Find Trundle Decks)
- Nocturne - 368 Decks (Find Nocturne Decks)
Does it surprise you that Nocturne is at the bottom of popularity? Were you expecting a different order? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

I think Noc is low, because people kinda tunnel visioned towards pairing him with Diana. They rarely saw potential of Noc outside of SI Targon Nightfall aggro. Such a shame tbh.
