Tomorrow, November 17, a new Hearthstone expansion, Madness at the Darkmoon Faire, launches and with that comes new Arena rotation which includes:
- Madness at the Darkmoon Faire
- Scholomance Academy
- Demon Hunter Initiate
- Ashes of Outland
- Galakrond's Awakening
- Whispers of the Old Gods
- Basic
- Classic

"Free" Tavern Ticket
Since the new rotation will not only add new sets but also remove some, we should expect a free Tavern Ticket for our unfinished Arena run. As per usual, start an Arena run, leave it at X wins and a maximum of 2 losses and get a reward for the number of wins you left the run with plus a Tavern Ticket when your run gets retired with the rotation.
With the introduction of a new game mode, Duels, Arena Ticket changed to a Tavern Ticket that can be redeemed for entry to either Arena or Duels, giving you more options on how to spend it.
Don't forget that Arena entries close a few hours prior to the expansion launch based on your server time. So chop-chop!

I just wish there was a way to see how many arena tickets we have already stacked. You can only see them when you´re about to start an arena run, which is very inconvenient imo.
I agree it would be nice to see them somewhere, the new Journal could be a place for it, or when you enter the Game Modes "lobby".
Then again, not that big of a deal, or is it? Only situation where i could see it being useful is if you dont know if you have any tickets and are unsure if checking one mode would spend it, but if you are going to play that mode, does it matter? Again, not against having it displayed somewhere, but dont think its that much of a problem.
I enjoy Arena very rarely. And while Duels are also sometime frustrating I will give them a try with tickets, just to earn something even if this will be not much.
Still even if I do not play arena often I am glad they shift things there for those who play.
So glad that these tickets work with Duels! I'm an Arena bonehead but I do enjoy the new Duels mode. Thanks as always for this reminder!
I assume therefore that when duels heroic is launched, we can have active runs left at 2 losses for both arena and duels heroic, and when each rotates we get a free pack.
Yeah, i was thinking about that as well, but we will have to see next rotation how will that work.
