Hunter is best in arena when he brings pressure early and continuously so this has a higher likelihood of pulling a small minion compared to other classes. Still, unless you get a 1 drop, it's an even turn. If you get something beefy it could easily win the game.

Weapons are great in arena and this will bring some strong value thanks to the ability to discover a secret that fits the board state best. If hunter gets a high value secret (like Mage got) in this set this could be a really strong play. The legendary rarity means you may want other choices during the draft.

I can't wait to get one of these into my wild hunter decks. It's a great effect to build around but will most likely be terrible in arena. Late in a draft this could be a great pick that wins games, though.

Definitely a strong play in a deck that drafts strong beast synergy. It seems like a good card to build around in constructed but will rarely have that reliability in arena.

I recognize the power packed in for 7 mana, as it's a big body that will fire of 8 damage when it dies. I want to love it but 8/5 is a really lousy stat line. 4x 2 damage that can go face and a big 8 attack swing to worry about is no joke. I'll probably have to score it a 4 once I play it. Overall, I just know RNGesus dictates I'll play him and my opponent will answer with puny taunts. :(

Awesome card. Beast tag, rush, and it can do face damage. A nod to Knuckles, which is a card I love with rush when creating Zombeasts!

Completely undraftable if you have no secrets. It's a pure constructed card that you can only take late in drafts. It certainly could be a big turn but odds are not in your favor. It'll take at least 2 great additions to Hunter's pool of secrets and/or some serious secret synergy to be viable in arena.

Unquestionably strong if you can meet the condition, as it's a 2 cost animal companion. It will be much easier to build around in constructed, though. Arena drafts will be much less reliable when it comes to supporting this.

A stud entry for Hunter. It's a common so we'll see plenty of these in decks. Great cost with the high health but one you'll certainly need to corrupt before dropping it on the board.

As far as 1 drops go, this one is pretty good. The change to discover a secret that helps your board state is always strong.
