Everyone seems to be very negative about this card. But this is just smoke and mirrors and Riot has everyone fooled.
In fact I think this champion is the most cunning and most innovative Champion in all of LoR so far. The LeBlanc Champion is NOT the LeBlanc card. LeBlanc's level up is NOT giving damage, it is acquiring Reputation. Once you have 4 reputation you can use the support cards - in particular Black Rose Spy. This card is the real LeBlanc. This is why Black Rose Spy can copy a Champion because it is a Champion.
For example - play LeBlanc and attack for 5. Whether it is blocked is no matter. Next turn you block with it for 5 (10 so far) and it probably dies. or it dies to Mystic shot, or avalanche or something. But if you now have 4 reputation, you can play Black rose spy to resummon an Exact copy of LeBlanc, including its level up count. Continue like this until you get 30 damage (Noxus has alot of burn), and mirror image comes on line to summon multiple LeBlancs. Black rose spy can also copy any champion because LeBlanc can be anybody.

It doesn't really matter if this is supposed to be Canon, but as an interesting way to play with the card, this is how I would do it.

She is one of my favourite champ in LoL and I won't even want to try her in LoR. SHAME !
Where is the all trickstery about her ?
I'm so angry at Riot, all of my favourite champs in LoL are crap in LoR. I know it is so early to say that she will be bad or good but she is not interesting to play neither.
They might even use Jandice Barov - like effect for her passive in LoL like; "When I die, Instead I am summoned again with 1 health and with my Mirror." And Mirror could have a text like "Your opponent can't see this text. I can't deal damage and whenever i take damage, i die." You simply level-up her for nothing. Because she won't survive for another 15+ damage most of the times and her requirement is "I saw" which is bad most of the times. She needs to be on board with her little hp.
Her blinks, Her Trickstery, All are gone for this Aggro crap. I had my hopes that some mage-like plays can be implemented to Noxus with LeBlanc. Now all is gone. They really want Noxus to be pure aggro region. That doesn't have to be. Red in Mtg isn't like that. Even Hunter has some cool mechanics in Hs.
I am really disappointed. I will keep my high hopes for Akali -the other favourite champion of me- for some interesting plays it seems and will wait to see when she will be released.
Bloody Business is situational Whirling Death, that you don't have to wait for combat, Sigil of Malice is worse Mystic Shot. Whispered Words is just a good card tho, but not interesting.
Black Rose Spy might be good, but delayed most of the times. You might be too late to play her most of times and for duping Champs, there are better options.
Thorn of the Rose is just a filler to give cheaper 5 attack to players that is interested in Reputation but doesn't have enough cards. Most worthless of these. Not even related with LeBlanc. Seems like "Leblanc also can stun your enemies like in LoL!" stuff that Riot wants to say.
The only interesting card here is Mimic to gain copies of fast and Slow spells that your opponent cast. Might be the best card of this reveal.
While I wouldn't say that she is bad, (I learned my lesson with Tahm Kench and Zoe). She just look like another aggro champion and Noxus has plenty of those already. I was hoping for something more control oriented like Swain.
I sm disappointed with how they implemented her. In the lore an in LoL she is the big trickster character, always plotting, rulling from the shadows, manipulating everyone.
In Legends of Runeterra, she go face. She is the most aggresively statted champ so far. I get she is an assassin, but she is also a mage.
Flavor aside, she seems super weak too. 15 damage is not so easy but if you get her early on the board then maybe. But after that, she does nothing! You need to basically level her up AGAIN to get Mirror Image. And she need to be on the board as well. She has 3 hp, no defensive keywords. At least Sivir has spellshield.
The region pairing doesn't seem great either. They want Shurima and Noxus but so far both have pretty bad protection tools. They can reduce enemy attack and have some board clears sure, but no Deny or health buffs.
LeBlanc doesn't even fit great into her own archetype. I don't see why you would want to copy an ally at slow speed, especially after the difficult method to get that spell in the first place. She will get played for stats alone, the level up as a nice, occasional upside.
Honestly Darius seems like a better fit into the Reputation deck along with all the Trifarian 5+ attack synergy. Only issue is that he is a finisher just like Sivir.
IKR I think she should have a decoy at least, when she is summoned she summons a 5/2 token with ephemeral that does no damage, but your opponent doesn't know which one is which.. that would be faithful for her in league.
it would implement her passive and serve as a defensive element she lacks..
TBH with all other champions being a good hit in game play to card translation I am more willing to forgive this miss.

LeBlanc need to see 30 damage dealt to create a mediocre card...
Will probably get reworked after nobody will play her in a few months, don't care much I suck with LB in league and honestly I don't like the champion.
I like the design as a whole, though I'm feeling unfortunately rather cynical about reputation. Hopefully it will be better than I feel it will be. I want it to succeed. As for Leblanc herself I like her a lot, though its mostly because her ability has interesting synergies. Not sure if it will be any good but definately gonna try her along side Lux.
Even ignoring her text, her keywords and stats already make her a VERY threatening unit.
Oh yeah for sure. Being a 5/2 Quick Attack is good enough to make her work all on its own, even if she is easily removed. I do worry about her a little in regards to some comparisons though, like if you look at Zed there are a lot of similarities with her and he hasn't been at his best lately.
Here is why comparing Le blanc to Zed is not working: Zed comes with the ability to clone himself before he levels up and he does it at gemspeed for 0 mana... do you even realize HOW terrible lb is? She is still a worse Zed after you've dealt 30 damage... and unlike ionia noxus can't protect lb at all... this sets whole new standards for the worst LoR champions of all time it's even worse than pre-rework Kalista
I think Zed is honestly still fine, it's just that his archetype just kinda sucks. Aggro Ionia and Ephemerals are just currently not a thing, unfortunately. Comparing him to LeBlanc would be fair but that depends a lot on how good this 5+ attack archetype is. I don't really see Sivir LeBlanc or Ashe LeBlanc working out too well right now. The current Freljord Overwhelm could slot her in but Draven is probably just better than LeBlanc overall, he's just really flexible and doesn't require as much commitment.
