Soothsayer seems busted.
So does Chronoshift, kind of, but at least its expensive. A slightly worse Unyielding Spirit for one less mana.
EDIT: Though, it's also Burst, so maybe it's better than Unyielding.

Looking at all the cards, it seems like we're still missing a Shurima card. Maybe the big 4+ Countdown Landmark that makes the advance cards worthwhile is still coming? If not, then we'll have to either see if Malphite has those big countdowns or if Frozen Thralls are good enough targets.
??? Soothsayer is broken as fuck dude.
Monoshurima decks are going to be a real cancer. It is going to go from being a meme to a tier 1 deck. It is impossible for any deck to have 2 tech cards to destroy that Buried Sun Disc.
Why would it be broken? No meta deck right now is running landmark removal and yet mono Shurima isn't doing anything, not having a way to protect your Buried Sun Disc was never the issue with that deck.
Although I don't think Buried Sun Disc needs a SpellShield, giving both Azir and Renekton ways to defend themselves while doing so in tempo is probably going to be important enough to warrant a spot or two for Soothsayer. Though I don't think Mono Shurima is going to be good by substituting out one or two cards. Could possibly be a 50% WR deck if optimized properly but I think it lacks a proper finisher.
Well, there's still that little problem of actually playing and leveling your champions. :-P
I'm sure people will theorycraft decks that revolve exclusively around advancing Sun Disc and playing Azir for the emperor's deck, possibly omitting Nasus and Renekton entirely. I'm not convinced yet that that will be better than meme-tier in practice, however -- it feels like it still just gets run over by Nasus Thresh, TLC, all aggro, Ez Tribeam, Lee Sin...basically any current meta deck, which is not a good place to start. Sun Disc decks problem isn't that the landmark could be removed; it's that you are committed to a control-style gameplan without any of the tools other control decks utilize.

I think anyone who knew anything about Zilean's LoL gameplay knew that there would be Time Bombs involved. That being said, I expected them to be...bigger? As in, take longer to go off but deal more than just 1 damage. A higher Countdown would encourage people to actually use stuff like Clockwork Curator or Preservationist. They're overkill in this deck; I guess they're just for the Buried Sun Disc...
