Hearthstone Duels combines a large variety of sets with a multitude of playable characters and Passive Treasures. Such an overabundance of variances makes it so that the balance may shift rapidly, with new strategies emerging and countering others every time new synergies are discovered - what looks strong today might appear obsolete after just a few days! For this reason, players are asked to adapt to a rather changing environment, and they never fail to come up with fresh and interesting takes!
With this being said, below you'll find a handful of 12-win decks achieved with multiple classes: while some of them represent well-known archetypes, other are successful experimentations of off-meta strategies, which may give you the inspiration you need to build one yourself. Have fun!
In case you missed them, we have published other collections of 12-win Duels starting decks to take inspiration from!
Disclaimer: Some decks in this article were collected from Firestone. You can find out more about Firestone and install the app here!
If you've had 12 win luck in Duels, be sure to add your starting decks to our site via the deckbuilder and share them in the comments below! Moreover, if you manage to find even more 12-wins decks (maybe even your own!) and you'd like us to showcase them, please contact us on Twitter at @Avalon_OOC or through an in-site ping in Private Message.
Firestone - 12 Wins Rush Brann
If you ask us, there's nothing better than some good old board-based decks: the Rush Brann starting deck you see below wonderfully represents this idea.
Passive Treasures Chosen
- First pool - Crystal Gem
- Second pool - Special Delivery
Firestone - 12 Wins Miracle Elise
If you like decks like Ignite Mage, Mind Tether Priest or Outlander Demon Hunter, then you may want to take a look at this. Chain multiple cheap spells in order to gain Starseeker value and kill your opponents with huge Miracle turns.
Passive Treasures Chosen
- First pool - Robe of the Apprentice
- Second pool - Battle Stance
Firestone - 12 Wins Murloc Finley
Tribal decks are a big part of Duels' history. While Murlocs did not start particularly strong when the mode got released, they are now one of the most successful tribes out there, merit of strong synergies and good Passive Treasures.
Passive Treasures Chosen
- First pool - Mysterious Tome
- Second pool - Party Replacement
SilberFuchsin's 12 Wins Pirate Rogue
Another very strong tribal deck, with Beckoning Bicorn allowing you to take the lead in the early game and push damage before your opponents have the chance to stabilize the game.
Passive Treasures Chosen
- First pool - Beckoning Bicorn
- Second pool - Battle Stance
Firestone - 12 Wins Burn Shaman
It's not pre-nerf Flame Waves, but Flames of the Kirin Tor still packs quite the punch, especially if you don't have to worry about Overloaded Mana Crystals thanks to the Stormcatcher Hero Power.
Although Plaguebringer is a great Passive for this starting deck, Robe of the Apprentice isn't bad either!
Passive Treasures Chosen
- First pool - Plaguebringer
- Second pool - Flames of the Kirin Tor

Love that these are back! Been missing them.
Could not find this in the Duels portal when i was looking though, not sure how you guys usually tag this stuff, just a heads up :)
Love to see so many people welcoming back the Duels content: I know some of you missed it and it's definitely my fault for not pushing more in the last months. I will try to be as consistent as possible, at least for the foreseeable future.
Regarding the second point, you're right: I forgot to add the "Hearthstone Duels" tag (you can see all the tags at the end of the article), hence why it doesn't show up in the Duels Portal - however, everything should be good now: thanks for pointing it out!
No problem!
So hard to find anything for Duels in general, always keep an eye out for your posts Avalon, keep em coming plz :D
I just took the murloc Finley deck to 8 wins, despite having ignored the Duels meta for several months. Thanks!
Great to see these back! Hoping for an exciting new meta with the new expansion and coming update, whatever that ends up being!
Hello there! Yeah, looking forward to Zeddy's announcement.
