Maybe it's just me, but this seems absurdly strong.
Well this lives in control shaman, if it is still a thing.
REally really solid card to play
Quite powerful, but for a class that already has a multitude of aoe options.
Consecration plus 2 more to the face, or almost a Choose Both Starfall. 4 mana. Seems decent.
