Flow is a new keyword: “A card triggers it’s flow ability if you played 2+ spells or skills last round.
To be fair it's (almost exactly) an old mechanic that now got it's own keyword
Vastayan Disciple is the 1drop that Yasuo decks never knew they needed.
A recall engine that unlike The Mourned actually generates value on nexus strike and levels Yasuo faster and doesn need an action to be replayed... count me in!

Uhm what does the disciple have to do with Quinn? I mean it might pair with Lee Sin aswell as it's a flow enabler but with scouts? I don't see the synergy at all
As you said - its a better THE MOURNED and the Mourned is actually an important piece (if not the only) to get Yasuo leveled quickly if you play him with scouts. Naturally you dont have much flexible slots. Take a look and give it a try:

Well but neigther The Mourned nor Vastayan Disciple have scout so they can't attack twice per turn even if you can play them twice per turn
Am I missing something or does the idea not add up?
The Recall progs Yasuos level....thats all.
If you play Yasuo outside of Noxus or Targon your card options are pretty limited when it comes to Yasuo synergies.
And disciple is a better option than mourned.
Judging from the region and the esthetics the next champion will be Master Yi
