Targon has a card named Celestial Impact but it’s not a Celestial card? Sigh..
It's funny because there's already a celestial card that does the same thing but costs 1 less
To be fair Falling Comet is not maindeckable, and you at least have to pay two mana to access that card pool. Thus, the 7 mana makes sense.
