Announced during the latest Nintendo Direct, we're getting a new batch of retro games for those subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online. On Gameboy Advance, we have The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, an unusual entry in the franchise where you play as 4 Links, and Metroid Zero Mission, a remake of the NES original, now with a map!

On the N64 side of things, there's two 17+ FPS games coming to the service. We have Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, a game where the titular Turok is out hunting dinosaurs, and PERFECT DARK, a spy thriller with an alien conspiracy from the developers of Golden Eye: 007. The later game also includes multiplayer, and had a remake announced earlier in the month.

Played a ton of perfect dark with friends back in the day. There were 30 challenge levels to solve and so were at such a busted difficulty level, you and your buds had to come up with really cheesy tactics like backing into a hole and trying to bug out the AI into sneaking out a kill against crazy bots… much shouting with agony and success until we could clear them all.
And I’ve played so many MetroidVania games I’m not sure if I could go back to the original (though maps are appreciated).
