Happy Pokemon Day, everyone! The latest Pokemon Presents concluded a while back, and we're here to give you a bird's eye view of the event. We have dedicated articles for some of the bigger announcements, so this is just a quick bullet point overview of the whole thing.
Here's what got announced:
- A new season of Pokemon Concierge will stream on Netflix in September.
- Pokemon GO goes to Unova, with Black Kyurem and White Kyurem being available in raid battles, and Meloetta and Victini will have chance encounters.
- May and Brandon are coming to Pokemon Masters EX with the Primal forms of Kyogre and Graudon.
- Appletun Fruitilicious Jelly Soda is being added to Pokemon Cafe.
- Cresselia vs Darkrai is coming soon to Pokemon Sleep.
- Suicune, Alolan Raichu, and Alcremie are coming to Pokemon Unite on March 1st, sometime in April, and "soon", respectively. Remoat Stadium is also making a return.
- Triumphant Light is the latest expansion for Pokemon TCG Pocket, and Mega Evolution are coming to the paper TCG. (dedicated article)
- Pokemon Champions is a new game that will focus exclusively on Pokemon Battles, likely in a competitive context. The game will release to both Switch and Android.
- Latin American Spanish becomes a standard language for Pokemon moving forward.
