Welcome back to the Legends of Runeterra Concept Art Spotlight series. Last week, we took a look at the longest article in the series, Ionia. Today, we'll be looking at Noxus and all of its Noxus-ness. We're on the final stretch of this series, with only one article left to go after this (until they release any new regions that is). As always, all of this artwork is available to view on Riot's partner site, Six More Vodka. Links to all of the artist's Artstation or Deviantart profiles will also be provided.
Legion Drummer by Gerald Parel
Preliminary sketch of Legion Drummer from Gerald Parel, simply called "Wardrummer" internally. I guess she decided to abandon war and practice drumming for a hobby? As a drummer myself, I approve. The stylization of the hammer and the flags in the background have changed from the finished art.
Trifarian Assessor by Gerald Parel
Gerald also provided the art for Trifarian Assessor, in which the art uses the name "Trifarian Recruiter" internally. I can't help but think of RWBY Volume 1 when I look at this.
Kato the Arm by Gerald Parel
Here with us right now is Gerald Parel's artwork (for the third time in a row) for Kato The Arm (simply known as "Task Master" internally), the HUGE bodybuilder. Seriously, just how freaking giant is he? Both he and Shiraza saw minor changes in the final artwork.
Arachnoid Host by Claudiu-Antoniu Magherusan
Claudiu-Antoniu Magherusan provided the artwork for Arachnoid Host. This full artwork brings out a lot more of what's going on, as well as the art's internal name "Spider Swarm". You can even see Elise in the background. I'd have the same reaction as that man if I were in this situation.
Savage Reckoner by Marko Djurdjevic
A rough sketch of Savage Reckoner from Marko Djurdjevic. This is currently the largest collectible french vanilla unit in the game, along with The Empyrean. The art has the name "Ferocious Reckoner" internally.
Crimson Aristocrat by Gerald Parel
Gerald also provided the artwork for Crimson Aristocrat. Interestingly, it is known as "Crimson Disciple" internally which would later be the name of a different card.
Crimson Awakener by Monika Palosz
Monika Palosz provided this artwork of Crimson Awakener, where the entire Crimson gang can be seen. It is known as "Sanguine Adept" internally.
Crimson Curator by Monika Palosz
Concept art for Crimson Curator (known as "Caustic Cultist" internally), which appears to the same setpiece as Crimson Awakener, simply staged at a different angle.
Crimson Disciple by Gerald Parel
Gerald Parel provided the artwork for Crimson Disciple, simply known as "Bloodletter" internally as the final name was originally used by Crimson Aristocrat.
Basilisk Rider by Marko Djurdjevic
Marko Djurdjevic provided the artwork for Basilisk Rider. In the final artwork, the rider has more armor coverage.
Trifarian Hopeful by Maki Planas Mata
Maki Planas Mata provided the artwork for Trifarian Hopeful, known as "Noxkri Aspirant" internally.
Minotaur Reckoner by Gerald Parel
Concept art for Minotaur Reckoner by Gerald Parel, with more shadow people.

We're on the home stretch now. Next week is Frejlord and that will be the end of this series (for now...)
Comments
I really like the world building around champions in this game, I mean in league you got the champion.. and that's it you don't really feel like they have so much influence themselves.. but runettera give them allies they work with and organizations they belong to, looking forward to more champions to have interesting followers! can easily see police enforcers for vi or thugs for urgot..
merfolk for nami or pirate crew for gangplank..
also I really like the design for the crimson crew it fits them to be emo/punk.
