Riot Games has pulled back the curtain on the next Teamfight Tactics set, giving players their first proper look at Enchanted Wilds in a brand-new Dev Drop video. If you have been waiting to see where TFT heads next, the studio's devs are officially on the record.
What is Enchanted Wilds?
Riot has teased Enchanted Wilds as a set built around a nature-and-creatures theme. In its own words, the studio set the scene like this:
"Fantastic creatures, mysterious primal magic, and wild adventure abound! Find your place among the flora and fauna of Teamfight Tactics: Enchanted Wilds."

Beyond that thematic pitch, the finer details on champions, traits, and mechanics live inside the Dev Drop itself... or you can read on down below!.

Carousel makes a return!
Encounters also are returning!
The main mechanic is Wisps. They are visitors to the shop which offer temporary and sometimes permanent bonuses.
Similar to the Charms mechanic from Set 12.
Traits in Set 18 - Enchanted Wilds
We have put together a dedicated guide for all traits in Enchanted Wilds (Set 18).
Champions in Set 18 - Enchanted Wilds
Like our Traits guide, we've put together a dedicated guide for all Champions in Enchanted Wilds (Set 18).
Where does this leave TFT?
This reveal lands during a busy stretch for the game and its competitive scene. We recently covered Riot's Convergence Fest, which unites the TFT Vegas Open and the Riftbound Championship in Las Vegas this December, and there has been notable movement behind the scenes too, including news that longtime TFT designer Mortdog is leaving Riot Games after nearly a decade.

Enchanted Wilds drops August 12, 2026 and lands on the PBE starting July 28.
