Grab your crew, because Rockstar has kicked off the GTA Online Summer Heist Event, a two-week celebration of highly profitable criminal activity running from July 30 through August 12. Summer crowds are flocking to Southern San Andreas and Cayo Perico in search of lucrative treasures, and there is a whole lot of bonus GTA$ up for grabs if you know where to look.
Here is everything you need to know to plan the perfect getaway over the next two weeks.
What's happening in week one (July 30 to August 5)?
The event leans on the classics right out of the gate. You can return to a pair of the original GTA Online Heists and cash in on a new weekly first-time completion bonus along with increased payouts for Setup Missions. On top of that, there is an extra 2X GTA$ incentive for completing the Finales of The Fleeca Heist and The Pacific Standard Heist between now and August 5.
If you are hunting for teammates to help pull off these jobs, Rockstar points players toward the #the-heist-board channel on the official Rockstar Games Discord as a great spot to find compatible criminals.
Complete The Fleeca Heist Finale anytime between now and August 5 to earn the Fleeca Circuit livery for the Ubermacht Cypher (Sports), delivered within 72 hours of completion. Simply logging in before August 5 also nets you the Pacific Standard Sweater.

There is a new weekly bonus on your first Primary Target sold this week, and you can return on August 6 for a fresh selection of works to pinch and then sell or display inside your Mansion.
When does the Panther Statue come back?
This is the big one. On August 6, the Panther Statue returns to El Rubio's vault in The Cayo Perico Heist, and you are guaranteed to find it on your first run from August 6 through August 12. Successfully exfiltrate and complete The Cayo Perico Heist Finale during that window to also receive the Panther Tour Jacket.
